“Love the location! This choice is highly walkable and is right next to the Charles River and its network of beautiful walking trails. I had not stayed before but note the front desk is attended in the afternoon and evening but not in the morning. The management makes everything work very smoothly and I was not inconvenienced by this. There is a phone number to call if you arrive before the normal check in. ”

“Room was nice and customer service was great. The proximity to the train was good - about 8 min walk. The breakfast was not worth it - many hotels offer free breakfast of the same quality. Overall, a nice stay.”

“There was a dirty wash cloth in my shower. Staff was not the nicest/helpful. Cleaning of rooms was behind schedule. Breakfast was almost nothing. Rooms were overall quite nice with everything you would realistically want.”

“Breakfast was the best with nothing they could have added. Pool was clean and water was refreshing. Room was nice on the second floor and easy in and out from the pool. The Best over all was the hotel it self.”

“Parking was easy and secure.Room service should be made routine every 2 days and a microwave oven in the room would have been a ÷. Otherwise comfortable ”

“Four years ago we stayed here for the first time when we moved our granddaughter into college. We continued to stay here every time we visited her at Lasell University. This trip was to celebrate her graduation, it was bittersweet because we knew we wouldn’t need to return. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made every visit a wonderful experience.”
