“We were warmly greeted, upgraded as they were not full, our room was modern, boutique, nice personal touches, we stayed on one of the hottest nights of the year and even with fans going the temperature didn’t go below 29’C in our room overnight! “*Clean and everything you need.* Nancy the host runs a tight ship here and was very helpful throughout (also makes a great English fry-up). If I owned a BnB I'd want her running it. I was here longer than expected whilst house-hunting - I'm used to S/C apartments (hard to get in Boston unless paying well over odds) - but was very happy with the room I had (front right at top which has own WC).
