The spacious and sunny apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. It is a private apartment.

You are welcome to use the entire 2nd and 3rd apartment and up to 4 free car parking spots, a free washer and dryer which are rare to find from any other properties in Boston

Our home is meticulously maintained and clean, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for our guests. The quiet 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms features:

1st bedroom on the 2nd floor - 1 king bed and 1 bunk bed

2nd bedroom on 3rd floor - 1 king bed

3rd bedroom on 3rd floor - 1 bunk bed

4th bedroom on 3rd floor - 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed

With its open layout, the house seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining area, and living room.

Wonderful apartment, minutes from Boston
We rented this unit to have a small vacation with my parents. The apartment was incredibly clean, and the check-in process was simple. The location was really convenient - walking distance to the T, or a $30 Uber into the city. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this property for the Boston volleyball festival a the Boston Convention Center! Fabulous property! Clean, spacious and convenient! Owner was very quick to answer and questions! 10 minute (easy) drive to convention center on secondary roads to avoid traffic! Would definitely book this property to explore more of Boston!

Two family vacation stay
Two families each with one child (6 total). Rented all four bedrooms for 1-week stay. Apartment was excellent! Jenny was responsive and the apartment was spotless. All of the furniture was in excellent condition and the kitchen was stocked with all necessary items and appliances. There was a slight paint odor as it appears the apartment was recently renovated but we left the windows opened the first day and the smell dissipated. The location was great if you have a vehicle. We drove to the Savin Hill subway station (Red Line) every morning, roughly 10 minute drive. There really isn’t a walkable subway station and the house is on a busy street so crossing with kids would’ve been too difficult. Overall the location provides easy access to downtown via subway and quick entry/exit via I-93 or I-90. As a frequent traveler I can say this is one of the best rentals I have seen. Better than advertised and will definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable
We had two family's on our visit. We could have booked hotel rooms for about the same but we wanted to be all together. We had a lot of fun and used Uber for our trips back and forth to the Waterfront-North End. The apartment was freshly renovated and it seemed like almost everything was brand new. The mattress were new and comfortable. The bedding new and clean. The towels were new. We had no problem with the hot water. Who ever did the renovation did a very nice job. The floors did not squeak. There was parking in the back of the house and you have a choice of two staircase's, one inside in the front and one outside in the back. Which was helpful in the rain.
