This new freshly furnished and stylishly decorated two bedroom suite is located in a centralized section of Boston, in Hyde Park MA. Clean and modern appearance. Two 42inch wall mounted HD TV's, Xfinity, WI-FI, Living Room, Dining Area, artwork, board games, microwave, toaster, air fryer, fridge/freezer. Outside Patio and backyard for exercise and lounging.

*Smoking outside is allowed provided renter(s) smokes outside (side porch or backyard patio area), using extreme caution and disposal of all materials.

Great location, convenient, clean and comfortable. There are two things I must bring up, only one of which may be in the host's control.1. The bed in the rear bedroom creaks very loudly at the slightest move or turn. And, the mattress offers no support.2. The people who live upstairs made sure we got no rest at night. They moved furniture around in the middle of the night, and had screaming, profane, nasty arguments at all hours of the day and night.

The owners were incredibly welcoming and flexible, and the property was very nice. The only thing is that there were not many sanitary products, so we had to bring our own soap, paper towels, and TP.

The place was dirty with garbage & leftover food on counter, looked like squatters stayed there. Balcony unsafe. Back door open, unsanitary bath with feminine products still in trash, doubt the sheets had been washed since the place was unclean,& neighborhood looked shady with construction, nothing close by or safe to eat or go to store. Yard overgrown & balcony broken slates & no view except weeds & branches. So disappointed & wouldn't stay there even if they paid me! Fighting to get my refund!!!

It was “okay”. Missing some necessities, like hand soap or paper towels. The upstairs occupants were loud the entire time and into the evening and early morning hours. Not ideal with having a 4 year old trying to sleep, and it sounding like people were moving furniture all night! Also, should be noted that you should be 420 friendly. Someone was smoking outside of the home off and on, and due to the AC unit, was coming right into my child’s bedroom. The beds were not at all comfortable either.

This unit had old charm. No frills but everything that you need. Owner was great to work with. One of the Boston police officers who was directing construction traffic in front of the apartment said that he actually grew up in the house! Small side porch with only one chair. Additional pots/pans would be an improvement. Bed was okay. Parking spot was a definite plus! Overall, comfortable apartment!

It was great. The house was beautiful, the owners were very nice. They responded quickly to any messages we sent. The area is nice, and was close to lots of restaurants. I would def recommend this place if you want to stay in Boston.

Our initial impression was poor. The yard needed to be mowed and we had trouble with the door keypad.There was no hot water for 24 hours There was also a security concern since I accidentally walked into another apartment with the code they had given me. When I expressed my concern over the security I was chastised.Overall, we did enjoy our 6 day stay. The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Great rental!

We had a great two night stay. The rental was clean and as advertised in the listing. The location is great with your own parking space. The neighborhood is very quiet. We will stay again if we have a need in this area in the future!

Not a good value

Could be a lot better. Kitchen was not stocked of basis. 2 forks, 2 knife. Peeling paint in bathroom. No heat and did not respond or make it better after I emailed. Extra sheets does not match. Coffee maker could be better. Tenant upstairs were up walking around all times of the night.

Beautiful large apartment on south side of Boston

This is a beautiful spacious apartment that had everything we needed. And it has parking! It is about a 25-minute drive to the area near the Children's hospital. The kitchen was decently equipped (though a bit more silverware would have been nice). It even had some spices, coffee, etc so we did not need to get that right away. The hallway had a closet with towels, extra bedding, and a collection of bathroom items to use. It is a residential neighborhood so, while there were some parties because of the holiday, it did get quiet around 11pm. If you like Haitian food, there was a small, very good restaurant less than a mile away.

The place was as advertised. Most items such as utensils and dinnerware available. Some forgotten items such as hair dryer and lotion also available. Beautiful experience can’t wait to come again. Owner was responsive to any needs and very courteous Close to many locations such as Wollaston Beach and downtown. Five stars

Good location

This is a great location if you have a car. There is plenty of space and it is well furnished. It would be helpful to have a a larger pot and a sheet pan for the kitchen as we had difficulty making spaghetti.

Family Stay for BU Event

My husband, 3 children (all18+) and I stayed during BUMC orientation and to move our oldest into her apartment which is near the college. We had ample parking for 1 vehicle and 1 U-Haul truck and close to everything we needed for a 5 day stay.
