Luminoso e arioso Downtown Loft passi per Boston Common

Goditi Boston dal nostro luminoso loft a concetto aperto con soffitti alti, pavimenti in cemento lucidato, bagno nuovissimo, cucina da chef e wifi estremamente veloce.

Si trova in un ascensore a pochi passi dal Boston Common, da tutte le linee della metropolitana e da un negozio di alimentari. Puoi facilmente raggiungere a piedi Freedom Trail, State House, Faneuil Hall, Financial District e la storica Beacon Hill. Forniamo una guida curata con i nostri ristoranti di quartiere preferiti, coffeeshop e cose da fare.

LO SPAZIO
Il nostro loft è molto spazioso con 1.000 piedi quadrati di lavoro e spazio abitativo inondato di luce naturale. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, grandi finestre e molto spazio nell'armadio. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono in cotone al 100%.

C'è anche un ampio divano letto da 44 pollici con un lussuoso coprimaterasso che può ospitare comodamente un adulto o un massimo di due bambini, che possiamo recuperare in anticipo.

Il soggiorno è un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi sul divano imbottito, con una smart TV che ha già effettuato l'accesso a Netflix, Hulu e HBO Go. Il tavolo da pranzo funge anche da grande spazio di lavoro per i viaggiatori d'affari. C'è la connessione wifi ad alta velocità a 200 Mbps in tutto il loft.

La cucina di uno chef completamente attrezzata ha tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti a casa, tra cui una caffettiera, tostapane, frullatore, un set completo di pentole e stoviglie, olio d'oliva, sale e pepe, caffè, tè e zucchero.

Nel bagno recentemente rinnovato, offriamo shampoo di fascia alta, balsamo, detergente per il corpo, sapone per le mani, asciugacapelli e pantofole spa monouso. La cabina doccia piastrellata di recente ha una fantastica pressione dell'acqua.

Abbiamo una lavatrice e asciugatrice in-unit con detersivo per bucato, nonché un ferro e asse da stiro.

Infine, il nostro loft viene pulito professionalmente tra gli ospiti.

Great location! My husband grew up outside Boston and commuted for college. At 75 he finally had the “ living in the city experience.” So close to the Common and T. We took advantage of the Senior Charlie Card and got around like locals. Shopping just outside our building! Highly recommend!

Great place in great location

Owners provided ear plugs which I thought was a great touch for someone who is sensitive to noise when sleeping. I live in NYC and require a sound machine to sleep. I utilized the sound machine on my phone and found I didn't need ear plugs at all. The area wasn't as noisy as expected considering it's excellent location to public transportation, shops and beautiful Boston Commons. The home was very clean, owners communicative, and easy instructions. Perfect!

Exactly as described

This is property is as advertised -- well maintained and in a great location.

Photos and descriptions are accurate, the host is responsive and helpful. Location is excellent - near many things (Boston Commons, North End, Beacon Hill, Fanuel Hall, Aquarium, many restaurants, shopping, etc.) and access to the subway and bus lines is merely steps away. The property is clean and well stocked. We had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to use Aaron's place again. It was definitely worth the price.

Close to everything!

The loft is comfortable and inviting. Its close to Boston Commons, the freedom trail, Quincy market, the wharfs, the aquarium, everything. Big space in a great location

Very clean with high ceilings and large windows. Brand new furnishings and appliances. Comfortable mattress. Subway station right out the door. Faneuil Hall 15 minutes walk, North end 20 minutes. Easy, clear instructions for check in. Great place!

The apartment was as described with amazing amenities. It was clean and uncluttered. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. The location was convenient to basically anywhere in Boston. We walked everywhere, but the T is also just a few minutes away. We would highly recommend this rental.

The Perfect Place!

This condo is absolutely perfect. The interior is modern and spacious with tons of natural light. The condo was spotless and the amenities are exactly as described. The host, Aaron, was so accommodating and communication was a breeze. The location could not have been better. From the entrance, you are literally just steps away from the Freedom Trail, specifically the Old South Meeting House. The "hop-on & hop-off" trolley is easily accessible as well. Fenway Park is a short ride away on the Green Line via the Park Street station which is only a three minute walk from the condo. Stop wasting your time looking at other listings and book this condo now.

Boston visit

The location was great, it’s on a very nice street with lots of activity and stores nearby. The condo was very spacious and clean with a lot of natural light coming in through the large windows. The bed was comfortable. There is a pull out couch which can be used as a second bed, just couldn’t find any bed sheets or pillow cases for it. Other than that the condo had everything that’s needed for a comfortable stay. Planning on staying here again and will recommend it to others

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located condo in the heart of downtown. The accommodations were fantastic. The hosts were very attentive and great through the whole trip. Would highly recommend!

Phenomenal!

This condominium is perfect in every way. “Location, location, location” is a real estate agent’s mantra, and the location of this unit couldn’t be more ideal. The living room furnishings are soft and comfortable, and the bed was great. I slept like a bear in hibernation! As far as cleanliness is concerned, everything was fresh and spotless. Honestly, I think all the appliances were brand new. Need to do laundry? The top notch washer and dryer are excellent. All laundry supplies provided too! Getting around using public transportation is a cinch as there’s a “T” subway station literally 15 steps from the building’s front door. I traveled to a RedSox game and the JFK Library and Museum using the “T”. It’s so simple. Restaurants, pubs, and shopping are everywhere within a few blocks. No need for a taxi or Uber. Regarding the owners, Aaron and Lu aren’t Premier Hosts for nothing. Several times during my stay they checked on me to ensure all was well, even offering a complimentary cleaning service of the unit during my two week stay. They genuinely care for their renter’s happiness and comfort. If you’re planning a vacation in Boston, I couldn’t give a more enthusiastic recommendation for renting this unit.
