Welcome to my home! This is a newly renovated duplex home. This unit your renting has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed. One bedroom has a full size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. The Full bathrooms are on the second floor. The main bathroom is in the hallway and the 2nd full bath is in the bedroom with the full size bed. The half bathroom is on the 1st floor. This property has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room that seats 6 and a living room that seats 6. Ive designed and decorated the space so that its as comfortable as possible. There are cameras for your safety in the front of the house and in the back yard of the house. Private parking for 2 vehicles are available in the backyard.

Experience Salem like a local in this charming 3-bedroom house with newly renovated kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. This terrific property offers a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Enjoy the convenience of walking everywhere since your in the heart of salem! A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Pros: location and clean! Cons: 4 of us, no one liked the beds and we purchased pillows bc the ones there were sooo thick we slept on our sweaters and hoodies the first night. We left the pillows so shouldn’t be a problem in the future for 4 people. Otherwise: Newly remodeled. Many things still had their price tags on them. If you don’t like tight stairs and spaces of a historic home I wouldn’t recommend staying here. 2 showers are good. There is a Keurig. Large fridge microwave and stove. All new. AC Worked well in bedrooms. Easy check-in and out. Owner was pretty responsive. Doughnut shop on the corner is amazing and old school, aka no lattes ;)

My family and I stayed here for our first trip to Salem and it was the perfect spot for a weekend trip! The renovations are gorgeous, my mom really loved the bathroom. And there was plenty of room for all of us. It was easy to get to and is an easy walk to all of downtown. It was very easy to get a hold of the host if we had any questions. Truly a beautiful spot and would definitely stay again.

The house was clean and beautiful and easily fit 6 people. The house was in walking distance from all attractions and restaurants on Essex Street. I would recommend this house and would stay there again.
