Ideal North End 1brm Central To Everything

Hip 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Boston in the North End. Fall in love with the mix of old world Italy and downtown Boston in a recently renovated apartment that is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, the harbor and aquarium, and the rest of Boston.

Our ~500sqft one bedroom unit is located on the 3rd floor of a professionally managed walk up building (somewhat steep/narrow staircase as is typical for the area). It is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers who need an extra sleep space on our fold out sleeper sofa.

There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and cooking utensils, pots, and pans for you to cook with.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and full closet with hangers for you to use.

Brand newly renovated bathroom includes a stand up shower.

We provide all linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay.

There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door to this building.

Awesome North end apartment
We think this may be the absolute best location in Boston. We just love staying right in the heart of the North End. Apartment was perfect inside, very comfortable and homey. We LOVED this place!

Cute place in North end of Boston
The place was clean with a great location. There are 3 flights to walk up which could be harder for older people. There was some road noise from street and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable on the bed but we would stay here again.

Great for anyone looking to spend time in Boston
Loved the location, plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Right next to the water and wharfs as well. Jay was an amazing host, always had a quick and helpful response to any of our questions or inquiries. I don't have any real complaints. I'd recommend this place for 1 or 2 adults at most. There's not at lot of space for larger groups, but you'll be spending more time out in the city anyways.

Centrally located and very convenient
We had a great one week stay, the location made it easy to walk to just about everything we wanted to do. We stayed in June and the area was lovely but we had no issues with noise overnight like you sometimes worry about in a city. I do wish there were an extra set of towels provided (provided- 2 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, 1 hand towel, 1 kitchen towel) since we were there for a full week but the nearby laundry was very convenient to use during the day. Overall we were very happy to have stayed here!

Amazing location! Right on the Freedom Trail in the middle of the North End (little Italy) and an easy walk to multiple T stops. The accommodations had everything we needed and there is a 7-11 a block over for anything you’ve forgotten. Highly recommend!

We felt so fortunate to have stayed at Jay’s lovely rental in the heart of the North End. The accommodations were comfortably, clean and the decor stylish. So many eateries, groceries and shopping outside your front door, yet not at all noisy from inside. Jay was readily available and quick with inquiries. We hope to stay again sooner rather than later! Absolutely lovely, comfortable, cozy apartment with the BEST location! Beautifully decorated, all-new appliances, cookware, etc. Communication was quick and friendly. Just steps away from the freedom trail, right in the heart of the North End. All in all, a wonderful stay.
