Abbastanza grande da ospitare una famiglia allargata, questa splendida residenza recentemente rinnovata nel 2017, si trova proprio nel cuore di Southie. Questa è un'unità al 3 ° piano con 2 livelli. L'unità dispone di audio stereo surround, WiFi gratuito e cavo.

Il 1 ° piano ha una zona giorno a pianta aperta, una bella cucina luminosa, una zona soggiorno con TV, un monitor video per la porta d'ingresso, 2 camere da letto, entrambe con balcone che si affaccia sul parco giochi Sweeney (parco del film Good Will Hunting) e 1. 5 bagni.

2 ° piano ha una grande camera da letto matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale, divano letto matrimoniale e un grande bagno padronale. La seconda camera, che è una camera "in stile loft", ha un letto matrimoniale, vista sulla città e TV.

Poor communication . Asked for an extra blanket to be delivered. Stated it was in the wash and would come Friday. Never showed up and text responses took nearly 24 hours. Decent place but poor response time.

Great location in South Boston. The apartment has everything you can think of, plus the host provided coffee and water for the five of us. That was very much appreciated after a full day out in Boston. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and a parking space too! I would definitely recommend.

Had an Amazing stay here. The location is perfect, right in the hot spot of Southie, and walkable to everything. Apartment was nice and big, and plenty of bathrooms for a group of family or friends. Great host as well who let us check in early since our flights arrived early.

Six of us ranging in age from 29 to 73 had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment is larger and has more character than the photos suggest. The location is a short walk from many good restaurants and taverns. The off-street parking space is right beside the building. Riide shares picked us up at the front door, and the train station is a 10-15 minute walk away. We easily traveled by foot, auto, and train to all points between the apartment and Seaport, the North End, Fenway Park, Charlestown, and Cambridge.The beds were comfortable, the well-stocked kitchen equipped for anything, and the two-and-one half baths were perfect.We also appreciated the water and coffee available for us upon arrival.I do want to mention that the apartment is on the third floor, and climbing the stairs after a day exploring Boston usually caused one of us--and not necessarily the 73-year-old--to good-naturedly groan. That said, we all thought the condo was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again.

Girls 40th Birthday Trip

Overall our experience was good. There was plenty of space and we definitely utilized the 2.5 bathrooms as a group of 6 women having to get ready at the same time. The owners were very gracious to let us check in early, which was very convenient. Checking in was a breeze and the owners had water bottles in the fridge and some coffee/tea for us, which was nice. We were also very appreciative of the shampoo/conditioner in each shower, as it saved us a trip to the store. The bedrooms were big enough that we were comfortable there as a group of 6. We did all feel as though the place could be a bit cleaner - there was hair in the shower, dirt on the floor, dishes in the dishwasher, stains on the tablecloth, etc, but nothing that made us feel overly uncomfortable. The stairs are no joke, especially with large suitcases. The park just off the balcony attracted some sort of loud midnight basketball game that was fairly disruptive to our sleep, but that was only one night (Saturday). Otherwise the location was decent and we enjoyed our stay!

Lots of stairs , internet didn't work. Cooking instruments not well maintained.

The place was spacious. GoodLocation. We were not able to use the internet which was a bummer. Host was not friendly in the beginning but then was better at trying to help us with the internet. Bedrooms overlook a basketball court and could be loud during the night. Also the lights were bright on the court. Parking was great. Overall we had a good time.

Great Value for a Boston Stay with family group

Great house for our family group in town for BU Graduation! Hotel prices are outrageous for Grad time in Boston. The remodel on this 100year old building is super clean and modern. Kitchen and baths were perfect for our needs. A quick walk up to Broadway and you will find great food, coffee, market. Our host was so responsive and helpful to our needs...thank you!!! His help truly made a difference in our stay. Some reality check notes...if you want true "luxury" you'll need to pay thousands more for a hotel, this is more cozy, clean home feeling.Prepare for stairs...we were with the grandparents and all the stairs were slightly a challenge. Keep in mind all luggage needs to go up flights of stairs.Bring eyemasks/earplugs for better sleep...drapery is not blackout and loft room can hear everything.Ride shares arrived very quickly and easliy most times.A word of advice to future Grad families...allow 1.5-2 hours to get to large Grad ceremonies. The entire city seems to have a ceremony to get to in May.Thanks for the stay :)

Nice place, clean and places to eat nearby!

It was a good spot for two families to stay, two beds and a bath up and down. Had pans to cook for a couple of people, and there is a little grocery nearby, so you can cook some meals at home Half a mile-ish to the T, but a bus stop was available to get there, if you didn’t mind the wait. If you are going to eat in the neighborhood-make reservations! Manager was available when communication was needed.
