Soggiorna in questa moderna e luminosa casa a schiera moderna per il tuo prossimo viaggio a Boston con amici, famiglia o lavoro. Situato in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale vicino al bellissimo fiume Charles. Vicino ai trasporti pubblici, Harvard, MIT, Boston College, Boston University e molti ottimi ristoranti.

Abbiamo 4 bellissime camere da letto. La prima camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, armadio e bagno privato completo con doccia / vasca. La seconda camera ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e un comodo letto matrimoniale. La terza camera ha anche finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e un enorme armadio con un letto matrimoniale. Infine, la quarta camera da letto ha un letto a castello con due materassi singoli e un letto matrimoniale - perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persone. Abbiamo 2 divani nel soggiorno che gli ospiti possono anche dormire. Animali OK.

Ci sono 3 bagni nuovi di zecca: 2 bagni completi con docce di design e 1 bagno di servizio al primo piano. Tutto è nuovo dai servizi alla struttura. C'è un grande soggiorno, sala da pranzo e nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Abbiamo un nuovissimo TV Sony Smart HD con cavo, così puoi guardare Netflix, HBO Go, Hulu, Youtube o collegarti al tuo laptop.

Everythjng was perfect from our first communication about booking until the extended checkout they graciously offered us! The house was clean, lovely and suited our multi-generational family of 9 perfectly. There were one or two hiccups in the beginning where the cleaners accidentally put towels away instead of out for us and a smoke detector went off. Both completely random accidents and could not be controlled for. Both times we contacted Michelle, her response was quick, friendly, helpful, and supportive - even when both contacts were later in the evening. Michelle was out of town and her husband was right there to immediarely help us with our needs. It was such a positive experience! The house was very close to Boston without being in the city. We walked from the house to a few cute brunch places, a few vintage shops, and just a nice walk around the neighborhood. If we return to the area, we will absolutely look to stay at Michelle's home again! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!!!

Very happy with our stay!

A group of co-workers opted to stay here as opposed to booking a hotel during a conference taking place on BU campus. This worked perfect for our needs! Everyone had their own space, location was ideal, 6 minute drive to our conference, check-in and check-out process was smooth, and extra points for off-street parking!

College drop off

Clean welcoming house that was perfect for our trip to Boston to drop off one of our kids. Having the comfortable space to relax and gather was key. The driveway parking was also really nice. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Excellent Local Boston Family Friendly Rental

A great VRBO Rental This apartment is beautifully furnished and appointed. It’s in a very convenient location to get into Cambridge, parts of Boston, and access to the MASS Pike. Well stocked with all of the kitchen tools and cooking utensils required. Only concern we had was the platform beds not mattress in the rooms. For seniors, this could be an issue, if you have back problems. Standard Cable channels but no NESN Sports for local sport teams. Otherwise this is an exceptional rental property.

Awesome in Allston

Michelle and Stephen’s place is beautiful and very clean. They timely respond to questions we had before our visit and Stephen was there to meet us when we checked in. The house has everything we needed. The house is located within walking distance of bars and restaurants so lots to choose from. It is a ways away (not walking distance) from the sites we were seeing (Fenway, Harvard, Freedom Trail) but with Uber and Lyft, not a problem as it was a pretty short car ride. Thanks Michelle and Stephen for sharing your home!

Great apartment in great location

This apartment is beautifully furnished and appointed. It’s in a very convenient location to get into Cambridge and other parts of Boston. Easy access to the Charles River biking/jogging path too. And Stephen and Michelle were wonderful, very responsive hosts.

Great location and great space

Michelle made everything easy and home like. She was quick to respond, offered great tips about Boston and the surrounding area, and check in/out was so simple. The house was clean, exactly what we expected, and there was lots of room for everyone. Also located in a very walkable area. Close to Boston but also coastal areas. Off street parking was a huge advantage. Highly recommend.

Excellent accommodations, host and location!

This property is in a great location. The T is located about 1/2 mile walking distance. We chose to Uber and occasionally drive. The four levels of living space gives plenty of room to spread out. And, a rare find, with 2 1/2 baths and an adorable back yard space plus parking and washer/driver. Michelle is a great host- always available and addressed any questions/concerns immediately. She provides recommendations for dining and touring. The house is well equipped with staples which is an added plus. Would recommend and stay again in the future.
