The house is conveniently next to the bus stop and a 12 minute walk to Savin Hill Red Line subway for a quick commute to Boston's city center. Perfect for families with children or big groups. Place was very clean and accessible when we arrived. Communication was top notch. Would definitely stay again on future trips to town. Only thing I would say isn’t perfect is that parking on the street is extremely limited but that isn’t so much the property issue but as much just a general city issue.

Overall Good Accommodation

Our stay was overall good but there a few things I wish I had known before. The homes on each side of the location appear abandoned. One house has fire damage which damaged the side of the property we are staying in. It didn’t affect our stay but not a great neighborhood atmosphere. This home is also a 3rd floor walk up which should be disclosed. The owner however is friendly and responsive. Overall still a good stay.

Fenway Event

We all came into Boston for my nieces Army commenecment ceremony. Needed a home that could comfortable host us and we found it! Clean and we did find street parking right in front. Thank you Eder!

Very Unhappy With Property and Host

I am only writing this review to save someone else from having their vacation ruined. To start, parking is on a busy street. We only learned that when we got the check in message. The first night we got $100 parking tickets because there was not a "no parking" sign posted. You need to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the unit. Rooms are extremely small. There is no way to sleep more than 10 people comfortable. The living area is only big enough for a table and chairs. There is a back porch but it was raining on the only night we stayed and everything was wet because the roof leaked. The kitchen is not fully stocked to cook. I had booked the unit for 7 nights but we ended up leaving and moving to a hotel after 1 night. Host responded to my messages until I asked for partial refund and then I never heard from him again. Needless to say he did not refund any of the fee. I have never had a problem with a rental property before but I will never rent from VRBO again, that is how stressful the whole situation was.
