Questa meravigliosa villa fronte mare a 4 camere da letto, 1. 75 Bath House si trova su una spiaggia privata nel quartiere Sand Hills di Scituate MA. Completamente aggiornato nel 2015, questa casa offre splendide viste ininterrotte sull'Oceano Atlantico e sul Faro di Minot. E 'spaziosa e offre 2 letti queen size nelle camere da letto con vista sull'oceano, 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 doppia più letto a castello. C'è spazio aggiuntivo per dormire sul futon e divano letto. La zona giorno aperta ha ampie vedute dell'oceano e accesso diretto alla veranda coperta e avvolgente ponte. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutte le vostre esigenze di pentole e ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Godetevi la doccia esterna chiusa per risciacquare dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Situato a Sand Hills, puoi facilmente raggiungere a piedi il gelato al Sand Hills General Store (8 minuti a piedi) o al Porto (20 minuti a piedi da Front Street) per cena, vedere un film, fare shopping o goderti le gallerie. Goditi i meravigliosi tramonti dal tuo mazzo privato o lancia una linea per pescare dalla linea di costa.

The house was fantastic. The hosts were exceptional and very accommodating. My family had a great vacation right on the water. Great to see and hear the waves. All of the appliances worked great. Scituate is a nice coastal town.

Perfect location

Our whole family loved our stay at this waterfront home! The listing information is accurate, except the pictures don't do it justice. The inside is newer than it looks and well kept. We appreciated having kayaks on site and enjoyed them very much. The manager and owner were very responsive and available. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach house

We loved everything about our stay. The house was large enough to accommodate all 5 of us. We enjoyed the screen porch the most. The location for day trips was easy. The local restaurants were impressive. Matt was very quick with his replies. We all hope to be back again some day!

Great Stay

Had an excellent week at the house. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. We really enjoyed the shops and restaurants in town and it was a great launching point for day trips both up and down the coast. Communication from Matt was great leading up to and during the stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

All about the view

A few thoughts

Just fine. Wonderful to be right on the ocean. A few minor points: There were no facial tissues anywhere. Buy better toilet paper. The kitchen and bathrooms could use more towel rods.

Wonderful Easter family vacation

Our son’s family from Ohio visited with 6 grandkids. They loved the open concept of the house with the kids and the beautiful views. The large dining room table was perfect.

Wonderful Christmas with family!

The property owner was very helpful and accommodating! We were renting the home for our daughter’s family from Virginia, who were visiting us for Christmas vacation. The house was the perfect size for 2 adults and 4 teenage grandkids. The views were spectacular. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

awesome place on the Scituate shore

My family and I had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The host was available and worked with our young family's needs (pack and play, kids' games, infant chair, baby gate...) We couldn't have asked for more....and the sound of the ocean waves at night was awesome.

Perfect for multi-gen family gatherings!

The moment our grandchildren, aged 19,15,& 9, walked into the house, they were hooked! The views and the rocky beach are beautiful and the layout of the house works well for a raucous card game or quiet time with a book - at the same time! The long dining table on the porch overlooking the beach was our fave place hang out for meals. Just a very comfy, cozy house. My only gentle suggestion would be maybe a bit more attention to housekeeping. We definitely hope to get back to 64 Oceanside Drive next year.

Stunning Ocean Views

The expansive view of the ocean is the first thing that will capture your attention at this house in Scituate. You can see and hear the ocean from almost every room in the house. We were able to watch the sunrise from our bedroom window and sunset from the front porch. The house is comfortably furnished and clean. We could walk to a small, uncrowded sandy public beach (about 1/2 mile away). Several restaurants and ice cream shops were nearby. Neighbors were quiet. The showers had good pressure and lots of hot water. There are stairs from the patio down to the water. I recommend bringing beach shoes as the waterfront is rocky rather than sandy- though this may vary with seasons and tides. Our family enjoyed the house and the opportunity to spend time together as we sat by the ocean every day.

Relaxing ocean view and lots of room

We rented the house when traveling to the area for a wedding. We knew there wasn't really a beach but the large screened porch gave us wonderful views of the water. Some of our extended family joined us for lunch one day and the spacious main floor and porch gave us lots of room to spread out and enjoy catching up after not being together during COVID. Helpful info about local restaurants and other tourist questions from the host. I'm not used to VRBOs where there are open food leftovers carrying over from prior guests and a less than spotless refrigerator, so that was a little off putting at first but it didn't diminish our pleasure in the stay.

Refreshing Seaside Cottage

This cozy place was laid out efficiently for a family gathering, with its two long dining tables (one inside and one on a screened porch) and three living areas (two inside and one on the screened porch). We were close enough to enjoy each other but with plenty of space to have time alone. There are options for outdoor relaxing areas on the wraparound deck and down on the seawall. Sounds of the ocean drive away other demands for a truly enjoyable respite. Plenty of restaurants and a quaint downtown offer everything a family needs within 2 miles.

Stayed for a wedding

The house was exactly as it says. We needed a house for my extended family to stay for my sons wedding. The bedrooms had plenty of space and having the pullout couch, futon and bathroom on the first floor was perfect for our needs. The owner, Matt, was fantastic and treats you like family. A 10 out of 10 stay.

Destination Wedding Trip

The sound of the ocean was so relaxing and tranquil, not to mention the ocean view from 2 of the bedrooms. The house was spacious, supplied with everything we needed and the location was perfect. The folder with instructions and local suggestions was very helpful. My only recommendation would be to do just a bit more of a thorough cleaning; I cleaned your refrigerator and also the kitchen trash barrel. :) But overall - we had a fantastic time and your property and great. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great experience
