Casa sulla spiaggia contemporanea a 3 piani sulla meravigliosa spiaggia di sabbia con una fantastica vista sull'acqua. Con la bassa marea puoi fare due miglia a piedi lungo la spiaggia, a piedi nudi! Tutti i pavimenti in legno (rovere ai primi due piani, mesquite brasiliano al terzo), disposizione aperta al primo piano ideale per intrattenere, con il cursore Pella sul ponte 12 'x 35' sull'oceano, con tavoli all'aperto e posti a sedere per mangiare l'aragosta mentre il tramonto dipinge il cielo. Doccia esterna sul ponte posteriore (8 'x 35'.)
Al secondo piano le due camere da letto (lato oceano) hanno letti king size, ampi armadi; uno ha il bagno privato con doccia. Secondo bagno completo sullo stesso piano. Le camere posteriori hanno rispettivamente due letti singoli e un futon matrimoniale. La grande camera / suite padronale al terzo piano ha un letto king size, un bagno aggiuntivo e un possibile spazio per dormire (con un letto gonfiabile matrimoniale e due divani). Da 10 a 14 posti letto complessivamente. Superficie totale oltre 2600 piedi quadrati Questo è un cottage familiare moderno e ben tenuto che viene affittato durante l'alta stagione di agosto e in autunno e primavera (a tariffe ridotte). Questa proprietà non è disponibile per grandi feste, matrimoni o altro.

Our second stay here and as wonderful as the first. Dean and Vida greeted us, and were welcoming. The location is perfect for every age. The large deck means we can sit and watch the ocean and the sun sets. The house was large enough that three generations all felt comfortable had space. Nice touches like spices, plenty of dishes and silverware, pots, etc. we hope to return next year.

On the beach in Scituate

Our stay was wonderful, the 3 generations of the family had a great time.The house was as advertised, the weather was great and being on the ocean capped it off.The only negative was in the house rules which we received 2 days prior to our arrival. As we were week long renters the owners policy is to have the renters wash and dry the linens and towels, so for our last morning instead of having coffee on the deck we had to do about 3 hours of laundry, not the way to end a vacation. For what the cost of the rental was there should be a linen service.

Great space with amazing ocean view

Loved our stay last week at this home. We had 7 people - 3 generations and there was plenty of space for everyone! So many sunrises, sunsets and beach walks... Meals out on the porch with the ocean sounds... great visits to the lighthouse and Irish mossing museum... delicious local food options... it was perfect for our needs!

Perfect spot for families

We were three generations for a family vacation. Kids 2-14. This house was perfect. Literally walk out the door to the beach so no packing up and driving. The house had enough room for everyone to be happy- quiet space on third level for the little ones to nap, bedroom with private bath for us old folks! House very well supplied. Dean and Vida Lovely and responsive.

A beautiful place!

Our family (9 adults, a four year old, and an infant) stayed here for a long weekend. The house was lovely and had plenty of room for us to gather together, or find a quiet place to read and think. But the location right in the water, was the most spectacular thing! We watched boats, played in the sand and water, it was great. No one wanted to leave !

Great spot right on the beach

Great stay for 5 adults! Being right on the beach, the house is raised on posts so you’ll go up a bunch of steps to get in the front door. Then, it’s another set of stairs to the first level with bedrooms. If you struggle with stairs, renting a house further from the beach might be better for you. But this beachfront location is terrific if that’s what you’re looking for. This house is more toward the end of the beach, which we liked. It felt a bit more secluded, and we didn’t have people hanging out in front of the house constantly. Obviously, it’s fine to encounter other people when you go to the beach, but it was a bonus that most people set up their chairs and beach toys for the kids a little further down the beach and not in front of where where we were staying. The main floor has the living rm, kitchen, dining rm, a 1/2 bath, laundry room, and an outdoor deck facing the beach w/ 2 tables and plenty of chairs. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms - one en suite; the other in the hall. The third floor has a large space that is a bedroom/living room combo and another full bathroom. (See the listing for other beds from sofas.) This house was great. It is “lived in,” as this family has owned and enjoyed it for years. But it is clean and has everything you could need, including lobster pots, which we used for a great feast! The owners are friendly and helpful - they let us check in early, and gave us a tour of the house. Great experience!!

Lovely place to watch a sunset

We’ve stayed here before, and came back because of the location. Quiet, private beachfront, nice accommodations, and terrific for large families. Love the Scituate area!

Wonderful family gathering

We enjoyed our stay very much with family celebrating our granddaughter's 2nd birthday. The house was perfect for our family - my husband and I are not yet retired, so having the third floor to ourselves was perfect - balcony looking out over the water, private bathroom and a desk for us to spend time working. Falling asleep and waking up to waves crashing was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked - we were able to prepare meals easily. Thank you to Dean and Vida who were wonderful hosts, quick to respond to any questions we had.

Perfect Location in need of updating.

This rental has a wonderful location. Read reviews about listening to the waves at night - truly magical and soothing. As far as the home itself, it is in dire need of updating. Some of the furniture needs replaced. Beautiful view and great owners.

Great for family get together

We spent a great week at this house. The views were as advertised. The access to the water unbeatable. The third floor is extra nice. It was special for us to have all our kids snd their spouses together. Vida and Dean do a great job. I would recommend for any group of 12-14. Everyone was comfortable and satisfied.
