🏠 HOUSE RULES:

Quite a bit guests celebrated their birthday, graduation, wedding in this beautiful house with a big yard. And some local guests had a baby shower, wedding shower, and big family gathering here. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, please follow those rules.

-No loud music or high TV volume.

-No parties or large groups.

-No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the house.

-Dispose of outdoor smoking waste in exterior bins only.

-Security: Outdoor cameras (front, back doors, and driveway) with audio/video recording. No indoor cameras or audio recording inside.

-ADT alarm system installed, please don’t touch.

-Guests must verify the safety and proper assembly of the crib, high chair, and toys.

-Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by pets. Please clean up pet waste and food daily. Dogs should not be left alone for more than 4 hours

-If you plan to use the grill, inform us at booking or at least one week prior for cleaning and setup.

-Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Please limit outdoor activity during this time to respect neighbors

-Guests have access to the entire home, deck, and yard.

-Oversized circular driveway with parking for up to 8 cars

Our community is quite, high educated doctors and professors living in.

There is an in-law suite at the lower level with a private entrance near the garage. It is reserved for the host’s occasional use and storage. The host may stay there occasionally when her kid is tired of swimming team training, the host may feed the chickens and share fresh house made eggs with the guests, but it does not share any space with guests. Full privacy is ensured.

Unfortunately, the home is not wheelchair accessible.
