Waterfront House Minutes from the Boston Downtown, Airport, Encore Casino

This is one of a kind, elite historic waterfront property in a highly desired location (Admiral's Hill), minutes from Boston downtown, Logan international airport, Encore casino, Charlestown (USS constitution museum), and South/East Boston waterfront with amazing views of the Boston Harbor, Tobin Bridge, and Boston skyline.

One of the best things about this property is its location. It's just minutes away from major attractions. You cross the Tobin Bridge while glancing at the beautiful Boston Harbor and Downtown, and before you know, you are in the heart of Boston. But also, when you come back, you find the peaceful and serene environment with views of harbor/downtown from the living and dining rooms/bedroom or patio, and larger space for your comfortable stay amidst the historic navy yard and allotted free parking (rare in Boston).

The house has 3 levels of living space, including a living room, sunroom, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, an office, and 2.5 bathrooms. You will enjoy water views and sunset from the house. Space is designed to provide ample space with privacy.

Outdoor includes a deck and patio with amazing views of Boston Harbor, skyline, and Bunker Hill Monument. In addition, you will enjoy the private marina/Yacht club and ships traveling just a few feet away. The townhouse is next to the waterfront park and tennis courts (free).

Two dedicated parking spots are provided. The house is close to public transportation with buses and silver line to Airport, South Station, Seaport district, and Revere Beach. You can also drive to one of the subway stations in 5-10 minutes and park there for 5 USD/day.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The space is open, lots of natural light, the view out front of the home was lovely. It was nice to have parking spots so close to the back door entry. The kitchen was well stocked. There are bathrooms on each of the 3 floors which is very convenient. The beds were very firm and fairly low to the ground; comfortable for us. There was an additional bed in the room next to the king bedroom on the 3rd floor. The location is about a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Boston; 20 uber fare. Towels and linen were provided as well as soaps. We had no WiFi or TV during the first 2 days of our stay. We were re-funded 100 for the inconvenience. We searched for hours for a remote that isn't necessary to use and only found a lot of food debris within the couches, under some furniture, and piles of used tissues in the living spaces. There was also burnt food in the air fryer that we did not use. A few lights were not working & the front door entry handle is broken; it locks but the door handle is taped together. Again, we notified the owner of all this. My cousin reported that they sent a cleaner the next day but she turned them away as we had already cleaned it up. Overall, I would stay here again and I really appreciate the communication with the owner.

This house was ideal for proximity to airport and downtown activities. The view is beautiful. Our host had the house completely decorated for Christmas which was just more than expected. I would have to say the furniture is a little broken down in the family room and the paint/carpet could use a refresh but overall a wonderful stay. The host goes beyond to make you comfortable.

Beautiful historic home in a gorgeous neighborhood, so close to all of the fun Boston activities--whether by MBTA or Uber/Lyft. You have a view of Boston harbor from the little patio in front of house but are able to then relax in a comfortable townhome at the end of the day. SO very well equipped with nicer personal care products and even great Keurig pods. Relatively minor repair glitch was handled quickly with great response from the owner, who had kept in touch throughout our stay with handy tips for the area. Communication gets a 10!Comfortable mattresses and bedding, etc. There are stairs! to all bedrooms, but a very handy main floor bathroom. Plus 2 free parking spots right outside the door, which in Boston area is so very rare.

The home was fine, but photis made it seem much better krpt up than it was. Mismatched furniture/decor/dishes made it seem like an afterthought. Comfortable home though. Bathrooms were ok. There was a soaked roll of toilet paper on the bathroom counter, just tiny hotel-like containers of shampoo.Oddly, there was rolled tape on the walls, hooks stuck to the walls... no welcome packet with instructions or local tips (like grocery store info).Also, a mouse scampered across the floor one night. All these issues aside though, we really enjoyed our stay and overall, was a decent place.

Excellent home well situated to tour Boston. Having never been to Boston I was pretty lost on the best area to book but this was 10/10. Easy to get to downtown, walkable to delicious restaurants, great view, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Would stay here again if ever in the area. There were a couple minor issues and the communication was timely and thorough. The only watch out is if stairs bother you, this house might not be a fit. Thank you for the use of your lovely home.

Location Location

The property was very clean, the common spaces were spacious. The host was flexible and communication were easy. The proximity to Boston was great for our going in and out. The walk along the river and the views added to our enjoyment. We walked the path a few times and it was very pleasant. A parking space was a bonus. There were 2 if we needed one. All in all, it was perfect for us.

Perfect location to Boston area!! Host was very accommodating as we had a 2 mos old and 3 year old. Lovely home with plenty of space. Plan on stairs for the bedrooms, which is noted. We would highly recommend this location for a stay in Boston
