“This four stars hotel is located in the heart of the city centre of Nijmegen, on a historical street full of lovely shops, bars and restaurants. The location is very convenient, and it is 10 minutes walking distance from the central train station. The hotel is located in a historical building that has been renovated and has an elevator. Unfortunately, I cannot give you entirely positive feedback: the room is spacious but lacks equipment. The bathroom has no furniture, just one hook on the door...
“Dit was ons tweede verblijf in dit hotel. Bij aankomst voelden we ons niet echt welkom. Zowel bij de deur als bij het scherm was de ontvangst onpersoonlijk en kortaf. Ook bij het uitchecken misten we een persoonlijke benadering; er werd niet eens gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was geweest.
Daar staat tegenover dat de persoon die onze koffers naar boven bracht juist erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam was.
Helaas werd onze kamer tijdens ons verblijf niet schoongemaakt en werd ook het toiletpapier niet...
