“We read the reviews and were intrigued. We stayed in winter, and it is cold in Bothwell. It would have been much more inviting if the hosts had the heater running prior to our arrival, but once the property warmed up after a few minutes the shock of how cold it was faded away. “Absolutely beautiful cottage, much nicer than photos indicate. Short 5 minute walk to amazing pub with roaring fireplace and great meals. Would definitely recommend. ”
