Beautiful independent villa with private swimming pool close to all amenities, between Aix-en-Provence & Marseille.
Bright, luxury appointments and very comfortable, you will enjoy a peaceful setting. Fully equipped kitchen, beds 160cmx200cm.
Towels (shower & pool) and bed linen provided.
Barbecue and lunch outside under the umbrella.
Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. TV, fiber internet... the accommodation & the swimming pool (heated by bubble cover) are PRIVATE.

The 45m2 villa is very bright, facing south. The sun is there from morning to evening, with a terrace where you can take your meals and aperitifs under the sun umbrella. A barbecue is also at your disposal for your grills. The swimming pool can be heated with a bubble cover, which guarantees you a very pleasant temperature.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine (2 welcome capsules), toaster, kettle, induction hob...
Regarding sleeping, one bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed (160x200cm), and the living room has a good quality 160x200cm convertible sofa bed (daily sleeping).
Finally, 2 reversible air conditioners (living room and bedroom) are available for your comfort.
Independent house and swimming pool (4.20m x 2.35m): accessible only by tenants.

The villa is close to all shops 5 minutes by car (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, supermarket "Super U", greengrocer, organic stores, pharmacy, wine merchant, florist...). You can park in front of the villa (2 parking spaces).
There is also a bus stop 50m from the villa which leads to the center of Aix-en-Provence.

Bouc-Bel-Air is a very central city which allows you to discover a wide part of the region:
- Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, accessible in less than 15 minutes
- The blue coast (Carry-le-Rouet, Sausset-les-Pins with its pleasant beaches) accessible in 15 minutes
- The coast of the Calanques and the beaches (Cassis, La Ciotat, Bandol ..) accessible in about 40 minutes (not to mention the ridge road with a breathtaking view of Cassis)
- typical Provençal villages such as Lourmarin, Gordes, accessible in less than 1 hour
- the regions of Lubéron, Alpilles and Gorges du Verdon also accessible in less than 1 hour
