A spacious and welcoming interior, with a large 110 m² living area on the ground floor: a hall with a cloakroom, two separate toilets with washbasins, a cozy living room, a welcoming dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals to share. There's also a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two with a 140x190 cm double bed each, and one with two 90x190 cm single beds, and a bathroom with toilet.

You'll enjoy a private terrace opening onto an unfenced garden, perfect for outdoor dining with its garden furniture, deckchairs, and charcoal barbecue. At the front of the property, a swing set will delight younger guests, while older guests will have fun around the ping-pong table.

La Bergerie Gîte 2:
On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a large 55 m² living area with a comfortable lounge, a cozy dining room, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals in a friendly atmosphere. There are also two bathrooms, one with a toilet.
