Welcome to "La Maison des Degrés" (The House of Degrees), located a stone's throw from the ramparts of Boulogne-sur-Mer. This accommodations are equipped to host up to 6 guests, with the option of a travel cot for a baby. This house has been recently renovated and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you are with family, friends, or traveling, our house is the perfect place to discover Boulogne-sur-Mer and the wonders of the Opal Coast. Our house is located next to the ramparts of Boulogne-sur-Mer, at the end of a lane with two other houses. The house you will be occupying is the one at the back with two private parking spaces. On the garden level is the basement where you will find a garage ideal for motorcycles and a laundry room with a washing machine at your disposal. Access to the house is via an external staircase of about ten steps, which leads directly to the main entrance. Once inside, you will find a pleasant entrance hall that harmoniously distributes the different living spaces. The bright, tastefully decorated living room offers a warm setting for relaxing, watching a movie, or sharing convivial moments. The living and dining room opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals just like at home, while enjoying an open and welcoming space (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette grill, etc.). On the first floor, you will also find a separate WC, convenient for your comfort. From the entrance, an elegant staircase leads you upstairs to the bedrooms, designed to offer optimal rest. Quiet and comfortable, they offer a true haven after a day of sightseeing or work. The 3 bedrooms each have a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), and one has an en-suite shower room with a shower and sink. A second bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet is also available. Linens and towels from the "Traditions des Vosges" brand are provided for your stay. The beds are made upon your arrival. The house also boasts a lovely outdoor space with a large 40m² terrace featuring a dining area and a griddle. (The terrace will be finished in April 2026). The house is connected to fiber optic internet. House Rules
The house is non-smoking, but you may smoke on the terrace or under the porch.
From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., you are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors.

Parking
Two parking spaces are reserved for the house, one in front of the garage and the other in front of the gate.

Cleaning
The house is thoroughly prepared by a local cleaning company. The cleaning fee includes the housekeeper's wages, as well as laundry for household linens.
