  • Former second home of a CEO of the CAC 40 bought in 2021, the 170 m2 apartment at the Chalet des Neiges is above all my second home that I only want to rent for a few weeks a year to cover my costs.<br>Space, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a 70 m2 living room for great evenings with friends or family. The bedrooms overlook Mont Blanc and the living room overlooks Mont Pourri and Arcs 1950. Exceptional location ski-in/ski-out, direct access to the slopes and Arcs 2000. 2 parking spaces in an underground box.<br><br>Former secondary residence of a CEO of TOP French 40 company that we bought in 2021, the 170 m2 apartment at the chalet des neiges is above all our secondary residence that we want to rent a few weeks per year to contribute towards our costs.<br>Spacious, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a living room of 70 m2 for great evenings with friends or family. The bedrooms overlook Mont Blanc and the living room overlooks Mont Pourri and Arcs 1950. The balcony is L-shaped 40m2 with awesome views. Exceptional ski-in / ski-out location, direct access to the slopes and Arcs 2000. 2 parking spaces in an underground box.

We had a really nice stay during the summerholiday. A lot of activities i Les Arcs in general. Note that the pool connected is only in function in the wintertime.

Très accueillant, très bon emplacement, amelioration potentiel du système d’éclairage (se faisant un peu vieillissant mais qui n’enlève rien au charme de l’endroit et qui n’enlève rien au bon déroulement du séjour.

Excellent, spacious, comfortable apartment

This apartment was accurately described, there was a great amount of space for a ski chalet. It was well equipped, comfortable and welcoming. Communicative and helpful host, accommodating and quick to respond. We loved the skiing and would definitely book again.

Excellent séjour à 2 familles, 10 personnes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très agréable, fonctionnel, vraiment charmant, bien placé pour l'accès aux pistes.Guillaume a répondu très rapidement à nos questions d'avant séjour et Antoine était sur place pour nous accueillir. Nous sommes ravis de cette semaine dans ce très bel appartement. Nous recommandons.

Séjours mars 2023

Location conforme à l’annonce . Salon permettant d’accueillir un grand groupe ce qui est appréciable en montagne. Seul bémol un parcours un peu compliqué du chalet pour emmener un enfant au club Piou Piou situé sur les pistes d’arc 2000 du fait de la localisation sur le bas de la station mais pour les adultes c’est top!

Great apartment

We had a fantastic stay with the family and friends. 5 stars overall just a couple of things. 4 toilets not 5. Didnt matter for us as one family shared but it may to others if you were just friends. We arrived by train and took the funicular and free bus. It would have been good if we were told to get off at the first Arc 2000 stop and took the lower roadway to the apartment. We got off at the top and we had to carry heavy bags up and down steps which was a little awkward. Antione was great though and came to meet us and helped out. We would definitely go back and the communication was great too. So thank you for a great stay.

Pas de problème au niveau de l'accueil mais il ne nous a jamais été indiqué que le garage était à l'opposé de l'appartement et qu'il fallait traverser dans la neige avec les bagages . Quand à l'appartement ; au vu du prix de la location , il mériterait une amélioration . Les fauteuils sont anciens , les chaises de cuisine sont dépareillées , il manque des couteaux à viande , les casseroles sont rayées et attachent , la table principale a son plateau qui bouge , le wc du hall d'entrée a la chasse d'eau qui coince ,deux radiateurs électriques ne fonctionnent pas , la douche a sa porte de cassée , on a du acheter du destop pour déboucher un lavo et une baignoire , il n'y a pas de télévision dans le salon séjour . Bref ce logement de haut standing mériterait un cout de neuf ; le nettoyage des poussières devrait être fait en profondeur sous les fauteuils plus particulièrement ; dans les grandes fissures des poutres ,etc etc . On a été déçus . On ne reviendra pas dans cet appartement .

Super logement très agréable

Appartement très spacieux, très fonctionnel et bien équipé. La possibilité d utiliser la cheminée est un super bonus. Guillaume et Antoine sont efficaces et très sympathiques. Je recommande fortement.

Un séjour parfait

Super appartement dans un magnifique chalet. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve, une vue magnifique sur le mont blanc, les arcs 2000 j'y retournerai ; ) Le chalet est propre, les suites parentales parfaites, l'espace de vie très agréable ! Vraiment j'ai adoré

Absolutely fantastic apartment

We had such a fantastic week at Guillaume’s apartment. We were met by Antoine who couldn’t have been more helpful with parking our cars and showing us around the apartment. The accommodation itself is perfect for 10 people - we were 2 families of 5 and never felt that we were living on top of each other. The views from the balcony off the main living space are stunning! The apartment is very well equipped - plenty of kitchen equipment as well as a racelette & fondu machine if you wanted to eat in. Lots of hot water for showers and baths to warm up on a cold day and the swimming pool is very easy to get to and lots of fun for the kids at the end of the day. Bedrooms are cozy, comfortable and have wonderful views of the mountains too. Ski boot room downstairs is very useful and just a short couple of minutes walk to the drag lift or lift up to Place Olympique for the lift to 1950 or ski schools. Bread delivery in the morning is very handy and reasonable. All in all would recommend highly and we are already hoping to return next year. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment right on the slopes

A beautiful apartment only two minutes walk away from the ski area in Les Arcs 2000. The main living space was fantastic for our group of 11 with plenty of seating for everyone. All of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable and all en-suite. The parking was also extremely convenient (2 minutes walk) and underground to protect cars from the adverse snow. The only downside is that the dishwasher only worked intermittently and the WI-FI was not very good... Overall, an absolutely fantastic apartment with lovely hosts- I would recommend staying here!

Prima chalet op goeie locatie. Goede communicatie met eigenaar en conciërge. Helaas deed de WiFi het nog niet maar daar wordt aan gewerkt.
