The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Bouvaincourt-sur-Bresle, this charming house of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accommodate until 11 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 43 m², equipped kitchen, four nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 146 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor :
- A living room of 43 m² with a sofa bed and TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Room 1 : a double bed (140×190)
- A separate toilet
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (double bed below, single bed above) and a BZ bench seat
- Room 3: a double bed (140×190) with a workspace
- Room 4: a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and bath and WC

For even greater comfort: barbecue, fondue and raclette machine, cookeo, fan, highchair, washing machine, cot, two cots, plancha, iron and ironing board.

Exterior :
- A beautiful garden of 146 m².
- A terrace of 5m² and a second one of 33m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

The house is ideally located in Bouvaincourt-sur-Bresle, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, florist, bakery pharmacy, bar/tobacco shop...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house (place for 2 cars).

- One pet is accepted free of charge in the accommodation, please specify this when booking. Beyond this, a supplement of €15 per stay and per animal will be applied.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
