Come and stay at this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo located in the midtown and just steps away from the beach!

Aventurra 401 is a very spacious and beautiful ocean block property and is located on 53rd Street. This unique 4th floor ocean block condo in the Aventurra building offers great views, and lots of space, and a convenient location for your vacation or trip to Ocean City. Whether you are coming to the beach or to attend the special events such as cruisers or the motorcycles your wraparound balcony gives you and you family plenty of space to enjoy the events.
The Aventura has multiple sliding doors to access both balconies and features high ceiling for the open and airy feeling you want when you are at the beach. This property rents Saturday to Saturday and has plenty of bedding to accommodate a large family. The master bedroom features a King bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen, and the third bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk and a twin and a Queen sleep sofa if needed. For your added convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room in the unit. Also located on the same floor is the rooftop pool. And of course FREE WIFI and Flat Screen Tv's throughout.

Favorite time of year

I have stayed at this property before and loved it. We last stayed here in 2019 and decided to come back. The pool is a major plus with the kids and I love the views from the top floor. The bed set up is perfect for what we need and the kitchen has so many things like the blender and the air fryer that make it more amazing. I did give a 4 star on cleanliness. It wasn't terrible but it was definitely not vacuumed well and there was so much debris on the floor in the bathrooms that I know they were not wiped before we arrived. Also, there were so many smeared fingerprints on the glass around the entrance door and on the sliding doors it was pretty gross. I work in the cleaning industry and I know its been really tough finding good help and enough help these last few years. If the cleaning team would have just spent like 15 more minutes vacuuming and cleaning the glass it would have made a huge difference. I do understand the challenges so I just cleaned upon my arrival. We will be back next year!
