Originally built in 1924 and newly renovated. Enjoy this cozy modern brick Tudor home, centrally located in the heart of Oklahoma City. It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in the historic neighborhood of Edgemere Park.

The water to the house was turned off when we arrived and the host asked us to go turn it on at the water main. We had no hot water and the 2nd bedroom shower flooded. The host called us but never sent anyone to resolve any of the issues. The host was aware of the water issue and apologized on the phone but never did anything at all to resolve the issue

Host was welcoming and responsive as needed. The house was fantastic!! Plenty of room, awesome bathrooms and a great location. It’s been completely renovated and we loved it. We would gladly stay there again. We asked to stay an extra night and Gerardo responded right away and was very accommodating. All in all, stay there if you are in OKC. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect property and host. Great layout with two en suite bathroom layouts and a wide open floor plan. Gerardo was ultra responsive with info. Good amounts of starter everything. Big back yard for you or your pups. Only reason for four star on cleanliness was it looked like maybe someone checked out before us and they may not have had a lot of cleaning time?? Overall property was very clean but dirty pans in the drawer under the oven, some not sure if clean or dirty towels in one of the bathrooms and the trash cans were already full or almost full. We would most definitely stay here again as it was perfect for us. If you plan to cook a large meal or bake, bring some of the stuff you need. Plenty there for normal unless you really get into it. Highly recommend this property.

Experience was good until we left the host blamed us for a lot of damages one being the bath tub stained we had body wash spilled so it wasn’t a stain. We only found out he filed a insurance claim for 940 plus for bath tub stain and more I see that as fraud also lieing about damages that were already in his home I have pictures and proof if anyone needs

Great central location, it was a 15 minute or less drive to just about anything in OKC. While it is next to a highway and train tracks, the noise isn’t bad. My wife even slept just fine and she wakes up when I breath too loud . House was well appointed and the two renovated bathrooms were nice.

The house and location were great. Some things were not stalked when we arrived. But the host gave access to get to them. The flowerbeds need to be weeded and outside trash cans need emptied. The host was very nice and quick to respond with any issues we had. The cleaning crew could do a better job.

We booked this VRBO for a family wedding for my husband's family, most of whom were in the wedding and needed at a rehearsal dinner Friday night.I could write a novel about our experience but due to character limits here is the quick recap.- yard was not maintained and overgrown- no working AC or fridge (fridge would only turn on when oven was on)- host is not local and controls the house remotely and can not troubleshoot efficiently due to his location- house is cute but obviously a quick flip with electrical issues and bad flooring installation- I've stayed in cleaner VRBOsWhen I contacted the host he said "there was a partial power outtage in the area, thats why only part of the house had power". It was clear the house had bad electrical and I sent the host a video of the house with power. My BIL works for the power company the host sent a screenshot of (with no confirming location mind you). My BIL confirmed there were no power outtages in that area which I forwarded on to the host. We had a diabetic toddler nephew, and a breastfeeding SIL who needed a reliable fridge and with no working AC and the rehearsal dinner (we were also traveling with dogs) we had to find other accommodations immediately. I would be cautious booking this location if you are from out of town and have events to attend as troubleshooting with the host is difficult since they are not local. We ended up staying at a hotel for the weekend.
