From the hot tub or anywhere on the wrap-around deck, you'll enjoy total privacy while over-looking a vast mountain valley encompassing an open field and a flowing river, which you'll hear year-round. Another highlight is the TWO-STORY GAME BARN, with two TV lounges, ping-pong, billiards, darts, double-shot basketball, foosball, arcade console, and more.

The MAIN CHALET can sleep up to 16 comfortably. Upstairs is a king bedroom with two twins, a queen bedroom with a full bed and a pull out sofa chair, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. On the main level is another king bedroom with a twin sleeper chair, a queen bedroom with a full bed and two full bathrooms. Also on the main level is a full sized kitchen with everything you need, a large living room with a TV and seating for 8-12, and a massive dining table with stunning views that can sit up to 16. The chalet layout is ideal for 8-10 adults with 6-8 kids.

The GAME BARN has a sleeper sofa available with linens available on request on the main level, as well as a large TV, ping pong, billiards, double-shot basketball set, darts, corn hole, a poker set, and more. Upstairs you'll find a perfect hangout for teens and kids with another TV, a futon, foosball, a tabletop arcade console, and other table top games.

The DECK is massive, connecting and wrapping around the chalet and game barn. It features multiple sitting areas, a 6-8 person hot tub and a large lounge area with a propane fire pit and grill. The entire deck system has an amazing view. It feels like a treehouse!

OUTSIDE you'll have plenty of parking for your group. There is also an enclosed, finished play house with a loft, covered porch, and a slide for the kids, as well as a nearby picnic area. You are surrounded by trees and views.

VIEWS are unique and stunning. You'll enjoy total privacy and total serenity. You'll love the peaceful sounds of the rushing river below and the birds all around you. There are a couple cabins far in the distance down in the valley, as well as an old wooden barn. You won't be disappointed with the views.
