🏡In a private condominium complex, with a mini-soccer field and green spaces.

🔒Private parking and a fenced perimeter for your safety.

🛋 The cabin includes:
3 bedrooms:
1️⃣ with a double bed.
2️⃣ with a single bed and a bunk bed.
3️⃣ with a bunk bed.

🚿Private bathroom.
🍽️Fully equipped kitchen.
📺Living/dining room with Smart TV and Wi-Fi.
🛏️Sheets included (but not towels).

**Important:
- The cabin is located on a 5,000-square-meter lot; and the owners’ house is also on the property (it’s at the other end of the lot); one of the owners will welcome guests and be available if they need anything during their stay. However, the barbecue area and pool are for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

-Occasionally, some maintenance tasks related to the property’s green spaces—such as mowing the lawn or cleaning the pool—may be performed, but we always try to schedule them at times that will not disturb the guests.
