Villalino is a charming guest house located within a private property with three levels. It offers privacy, comfort and a relaxing atmosphere just minutes from the sea.

The house has two bedrooms with Smart TVs and high-speed internet, a living area with open kitchen and breakfast bar, one indoor bathroom and one outdoor bathroom accessible via the terrace. There is also a private outdoor area with sunbeds, dining table and shaded awning, as well as a cozy fireplace for cooler days.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160 x 200 cm).

The property features a large swimming pool (16m x 4m) with massage jets, a rooftop sun terrace with outdoor showers, an additional outdoor shower by the pool and outdoor fitness equipment.

The pool is open all year. From mid-October to early May it is not heated (approx. 13–22°C) as part of an eco-friendly approach. During the heated season the temperature is around 26–28°C.

Pool and fitness area are shared with the owners if they are present, but privacy is ensured as the main house is located on a lower level.

Free parking is available in the driveway. The guest house is accessed via two staircases.

Catherina is available on site for any questions and speaks Italian.

Tourist tax of €2 per person per night (for guests over 13 years) must be paid in cash at check-out.

Pets are welcome. A cleaning fee of €75 applies due to additional deep cleaning required after animal stays.
