The apartment:

The suite features a queen-size bed and two single trundle beds, comfortably accommodating everyone. The guest bathroom is large, as is the living room, which includes a sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning — perfect for relaxing after a day out.

The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare your meals with ease. The apartment also offers a utility/storage area with cleaning supplies, a washing machine, and a ceiling drying rack with plenty of space.

For your convenience, there is also an iron and ironing board, as well as a beach cart that converts into a table, complete with an umbrella and chairs — ideal for making the most of sunny days. We also provide a portable travel crib for children weighing up to 15 kg.

The balcony is a true highlight: spacious, cozy, and surrounded by greenery, featuring a large table and a hammock to relax while enjoying the sounds of nature and birdsong. In addition, the highlight is the view of the lake.

Access:
Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, enjoying the entire space with comfort and privacy. In addition, they can also use all the condominium’s outdoor facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, playground, soccer field, poolside restaurant, convenience store near the entrance, and one covered parking space.

Communication will be simple and convenient: you will receive all detailed information about your reservation, check-in, and apartment access directly through Airbnb. For security reasons, access is restricted to the guests included in the reservation. Visitors may be authorized in advance by the host upon presentation of a valid photo ID. Overnight stays by visitors are not permitted. The guest responsible for the reservation is also responsible for their visitors.
