“Staff was very helpful”

“The area is nice, quiet, and clean but the only reason I gave it a 3 stars because there wasn't much amenities provided in the room. There was no area to hang your clothes up or towels. Also no blow dryer or iron like most hotels. In addition, the hotel uses swipe card which was hard to swipe.”

“Staff greeted us with a smile, and we had requested a lower room was done. Room were cleaned when we arrived. Air conditioner was working, had to warm up the room. It was cool in So Cal. No need for breakfast, we were at perfect location for all the food places. Thank You Budget Inn in La Puente CA.”

“The stay was ok, but the check inn was bad the front desk guy charged us three times for a deposit for only 2 rooms he got so confused on the rooms even though i explained to him couple of times”

“Staff was relatively rude. Upon asking for the WiFi password, they seemed bothered. When I asked about local recommendations, they responded with “I don’t live in the area,” and stared at me. It was late and I was tired”

“Booked and paid online for 1 rooms, when I got to property they wanted me to pay for an additional room even though receipt I had showed 2 rooms paid for 1 night. Spent almost an hour outside at night in the cold trying to get it sorted with expedia and hotel. The desk clerk was rude and said there was nothing going they could do. In the end, i have to wait for a refund 7 to 10 buisness days from expedia and had to pay upfront again for a room. When I finally do get my 2 rooms, the sheets are...
