“The room was small and workspace was hard to acquire. The room was smaller than other hotels and a bit cramped. The bed was comfortable and the shower was adequate. I was in the upstairs room and getting in and out of the room was a chore. This is an adequate room if you don't want to pay the In Season prices. “I have only praise for this property. The staff was beyond exceptional! The property is located on beautiful grounds and just a short drive to downtown Harbor Springs. If you are looking for a new and modern facility this is not for you. Rather, it is eclectic with charm and sophistication. The food and wine selections were great.”

“Bathtub and toilet did not drain well. Would have preferred some new sheets a couple of times. Not a great breakfast but it was the same as in Nashville. Beds were comfortable, view of bay was great, parking lot size was ample, neighborhood was good.”

The grounds were a gardener’s paradise and our room was so cozy we felt like it was home. It was triangulated between Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Boyne City - perfect location. Do yourself a favor and stay here, you won’t regret it!”
