Downtown Boyne City. Great Backyard

Unbelievable 1 bedroom gorgeous living space. The main house, next door, is also a vacation rental (Vrbo # 888504). Rent both if you need more space. This gem is just a couple blocks from downtown Boyne City and all the great shops, restaurants and beautiful Lake Charlevoix. Pics are amazing, but you must see it yourself. The outdoor living space is your private oasis for relaxation, with water features, chimaera, grill and beautiful gardens. (Voted #1 by NP).

Anniversary weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved loved loved the decor! It was perfect for just the two of us. Kitchen has everything you need and furniture/bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

Charming Boyne little Gem

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was all that was described +++! The kitchen was well equipped, the living area spacious and cozy, the backyard inviting and private. It had all the comforts of home. Great location, easy walk to BC with a variety of restaurants, shops, delis, etc. Lindsey and Shannon were easy to communicate with and prompt with responding to our questions/requests… Looking to our next stay! Mini get away

We loved the house! It was cozy and very well decorated. It was so close to great restaurants and shopping. Boyne City is very friendly and has the best sunsets from Veterans Park. We will be back!

Charming Cozy Cottage

Our stay was marvelous! The hosts hand picked beautiful flowers from the/their backyard garden and made a gorgeous arrangement along with a hand drawn 60th birthday card (for wife) and a bottle of wine that was presented on our arrival! And in the background they had golf playing on the tv (for hubby)!! This greeting surely impressed my husband and myself! Their cottage is just as pictured. All the comforts of home with a modern flair! We loved the outdoor patio for breakfast and enjoyed sitting under the apple tree with the bottle of wine! The location is close enough to walk to view the sunsets, grab an ice cream or shop. Truly an adorable gem in Boyne City! Thank you Shannon and Lindsey for your gifts and hospitality. We absolutely are fond of your place and we’re very pleased with our stay.♥️

Clean and Cozy

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The rental was exceptional- clean and oh so cozy. Patio area is lovely and we road the supplied bicycles into town. Highly recommend! Perfect for 2!

Pleasant Experience

Very clean and quiet. Enjoyed the outdoor patio area, including the gardens, grill, chimenea outdoor fireplace with firewood provided and furniture. Inside was very comfortable. Good job on building and/or remodeling the living spaces. Nice decorating and comfortable furniture as well. Only thing we can suggest for improvement is that the kitchen area needs a handy trash receptacle. We will recommend this VRBO cottage to friends and family.

Great rental for two!

My wife and I were impressed with this rental. Clean with nice finishes and in a quiet area (just a few blocks from downtown). It’s not far from Petoskey and Charlevoix, making it an ideal location. Highly recommend!

We were delighted with the property!! The courtyard and living space was exactly as described (words and photos). When we needed anything, the owner was very responsive. It is perfect to travel to many other area cities and the trails too. Great food and activities in Boyne City. VERY NICE!!! Would recommend to others.

Perfection!

What an amazing place to stay. Super clean, looked exactly like advertised, and a perfect location to see all there is to see in this area of the state. We stayed here for a baseball tournament in nearby Petoskey and it was the perfect location, I am very very impressed and will be back. Highly recommend, everything was neat and tidy. Can’t say enough about this rental!!
