Great place and great experience. We will be going back! Had my sailboat docked at the nearby Summerset Point Marina and it worked perfectly. The house is lovely, clean and perfectly located.

Took my teenagers here for a short spring break trip and had a great time! The house is great with beautiful views of Lake Charlevoix and close to many activities. Even though we had colder weather and rain, we found lots of fun things to do - Boyne Mountain for zip lining, Sky Bridge and drove around the lake to Charlevoix and Lake Michigan. I was confused by the check in process by my own fault and Brienna was very responsive and quick to help. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and matched both the description and pictures in the listing. The location is very convenient to Boyne City and Charlevoix (for 5 it is fun to take the Ironton Ferry and saves quite a bit of time). The view of the lake from the family room, two front bedrooms and the deck is beautiful.
