“Nice hot showers, comfy rooms but I would bring your own pillows if you can/that matters to you.”

“Travelers should beware that Otsego Resort's front desk closes early, like 5 pm, even in the summer. I and my family were arriving late, so I called ahead, before 5 pm, to let them know of my late arrival. I had to leave a message, and no one called me back. When we arrived a little before 10 pm the doors were locked and the lights off. We had to find accomodations elsewhere. When I called the next day, the attendant at the front desk apologized profusely and promised to give me a refund. ...

“Nice hotel and good free breakfast. Also liked the shuttle to the Casino. Enjoyed dinner at the Casino!”

“Great staff, they really went out of their way to make sure everything was good.”

“The room was updated and had a well appointed bathroom (however the door was warped and did not close) beds were comfortable with nice linen. Breakfast was almost all starches but clean and well stocked for what was offered. Our first floor room next to the back door lacked privacy as the curtains were in sad shape and the back door was left open almost every time we came through…. People were loitering and smoking there frequently.”
