The primary suite offers a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while a loft area above the suite includes two twin beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. A convenient half bath and access to the outdoor deck complete the main level. Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom that offers ensuite access from one bedroom and hallway access for the other.

During the winter months, we make every effort to keep the driveway plowed, sanded, and salted. However, depending on weather conditions, a 4WD or AWD vehicle equipped with winter tires may be necessary for safe access during periods of heavy snowfall.

Located within the peaceful Springbrook Hills community, guests have access to a variety of amenities, including a community pond, small beach area, catch-and-release fishing, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, basketball court, volleyball area, and children's swing set. These amenities are located just a short walk from the home and provide fun for guests of all ages.

Downtown Boyne City is just a short drive away and is filled with charming boutiques, local restaurants, and year-round events. During the summer months, be sure to experience Stroll the Streets, a beloved weekly event featuring live music, entertainment, cotton candy, and activities for children.
