Ski In - Ski Out Access / Private Hot Tub/4 bedroom/Pet Friendly

Welcome to Big View Escape! BRAND NEW to our Vacation Home Rental Program!

Located in the beautiful Boyne Mountain Edelweiss Community, this amazing 4-bedroom ski-in/ski-out home with a private hot tub is just steps away from the trail leading to the Alpine Chairlift. As you walk into the home, the main floor consists of an open kitchen and living area with two doors leading out to two separate back porches for you to enjoy the views. The living room has a dining table that seats five as well as a big screen tv that sits above the gas fireplace. Just off the kitchen is a half bathroom which leads you into the king master bedroom. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Around the corner from the kitchen are stairs that lead you to the lower level. You will immediately walk into another living area. Three additional bedrooms are on this level as well as two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Two bedrooms have king beds and the other has a twin over king bunk-bed.
In the backyard you will find a fire-pit snugged right up against the hill. After a long day on the slopes come back utilize the ski rack and boot dryers in the garage, and stay and soak in the winter ambiance from the brand NEW hot tub!! This property is the perfect getaway for anyone! And don't forget to bring your furry friend! This home is also pet-friendly! There will be a Non-Refundable Pet fee, charged separately if booked through a 3rd party.

Note: Garage has a level 2 EV (Electric Vehicle) charger.
**4WD or AWD are highly recommended to access this property during winter/snowy months.**
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
Looking for a Day Trip? Visit Mackinac Island or Sleeping Bear Dunes. These are just a few options during your visit in Northern Michigan!

Great house with good amenities! The beds are super comfortable and kitchen is well-appointed with high-end appliances and upscale pots, pans and utensils. We did not use the hot tub nor did we ski as we were in town for a family wedding. We did use the grill, fireplaces and kitchen. The coffee maker is not good - took 45 minutes to brew 8 cups of coffee, so that should be replaced. Would also have been nice to have some additional blankets available beyond what was on the beds. All in all, it is a beautiful property and worked well for our multi-generational family weekend together.

Beautiful home and property with all of the amenities you would expect or could ask for. Outstanding location on top of the mountain in a gated neighborhood. Very quiet and private, but with easy access to all of the resort amenities and local attractions. Extremely responsive property manager. Overall great experience and we would definitely reserve this property again! Thank you

Spring Break Getaway

Grandmas treat for grandkids for a spring break getaway to the area and Avalanche Bay waterpark. I found out, six weeks ahead of our visit, after making reservations at the VRBO managed by Northern Michigan Escapes that Avalanche Bay was closed for maintenance and our water park plans (only reason we were going). Otherwise there’s not much for kids to do during this season in this area. I realize there’s a window by which we could cancel but

Great property, excellent management

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time here. The proximity to Boyne (both the mountain and the town) is wonderful and I can’t say enough about the management team. The house was spotless and well appointed. All of the appliances and furnishings are new and fresh. When I needed a few things, they got them over to me right away! The only note I’d make, while advertised as ski in/ski out, there is a short walk to the path leading to the chairlift and the particular lift closest to the house (Alpine) doesn’t run all the time. The walk was too long for my very young kids to do in ski boots and carry all of our equipment, but would be easy for an adult or older children. Overall, I’d recommend this rental to anyone looking for a weekend away!

We had a wonderful stay here, the home was well appointed for 3 couples and 2 toddlers with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub and the close proximity to Boyne. Our hosts were very responsive if we had questions and even went above and beyond to clear snow at the home while we were there. Would definitely stay again!
