The resort sits at the base of Boyne Mountain with powdery slopes, skiing (10 lifts and over 65 trails, 415 acres), snowboarding, and snow tubing. Our luxury villa accommodates 4 guests and features a private bedroom with a queen-sized bed, comfortable sleeper sofa, full kitchen, cozy gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and private ski locker for your gear.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Enjoy the convenience of having towels, bedding, dishes, and cooking supplies furnished in the well-appointed condo. This amazing unit is approximately 689 square feet. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi Internet, flat-screen TVs with cable in the bedroom and in the living room, hairdryer, a shared laundry area and a private secure ski locker right outside your door, and gas BBQ grills for use. Parking is plentiful and free of charge. Onsite pool and hot tub.

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to check-in, with a valid ID and major credit card.
At check-in, the reservation requires a major credit card for $100 Pre-Authorization to cover condo damage and missing items.
The resort is cashless, with checks and cash not accepted.
Within 14 days of check-in, you will receive an email confirmation specifying the name of the guest authorized to check-in. However, if you would like to change the name of the guest checking in after receiving confirmation a fee of $95 will be assessed.
The actual condo unit will be assigned at check-in. Our photos represent the suite type in this listing. Specific requests may be made with Reception at the time of check-in and may be accommodated based on availability.
There is no smoking of any kind, nor pets allowed. If found to be in violation fees of $300 will be assessed.
Check-in time is 4 pm ET and Check-out time is 10 am ET.
