they put us in a room that was not clean at all and right by a loading ramp where they take linen in and out of the facility at 10 o’clock at night woke us up did not have a clean mattress pad that fit the bed the one that was on the bed, we asked them to change because it was a filthy. The walls had splatter on them. The balcony they described. The door wouldn’t even open the glass door was filthy. Also white matter was on the couch the footstool and the trashcan not quite sure what that was and did not want to know. They moved us to another room. Not sure if we got that room because we booked it through Expedia, but will not do that again. I think we get the crappies rooms because we use that third-party.
