HOUSE
In our entry area, you'll be greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance of our space. The first thing you'll notice is our solid wood hutch, which houses a sleek and modern Samsung TV. Our luxurious leather sectional is the perfect spot to relax, and convenient coffee table with a massive marble top is the perfect spot to enjoy drinks and snacks between the leather sectional and 65' TV.

Gather with friends and family in our elegant dining room, featuring a solid wood table that comfortably seats 8 guests. As you sit down to enjoy a meal in our elegant dining room, you'll be captivated by the stunning view of the pool just beyond the windows. Our kitchen, dining, and office areas are not only spacious, but they also provide seamless access to the patio through two elegant doors. Get your work done in style at our office area, featuring a large executive desk made of real wood and a comfortable armchair for long hours of productivity.

The kitchen boasts a brand-new induction cooking top on the spacious island, paired with a powerful four-speed Z-Line hood. The hood motor is cleverly mounted in the attic, ensuring a silent and peaceful cooking experience. The third bedroom features two comfortable solid wood twin beds, a charming nightstand, and a spacious walk-in closet, making it an ideal choice for children of all ages, but equally comfortable for adults.

The second full bathroom boasts a luxurious 60-inch shower with stunning natural marble flooring made of Dynasty Pink, while the walls feature the exquisite Rosso Veneto marble, adding an elegant touch to your bathing experience. The third convenient half bathroom is ideally located next to the laundry room and just steps away from the garage, kitchen, and dining area, making it easily accessible for both guests and family during daily activities and gatherings.

Our roomy 2-car garage with EV charger: this space offers ample storage for your vehicles. We also provide 4 comfortable beach deck-chairs, 2 lounges, and umbrella, conveniently stored here, ensuring you have all you need for a relaxing day at the shore.

OUTDOOR AREA
Enjoy a refreshing swim in our fully screened and heated outdoor saltwater pool (14' x 28') or relax in the charming tiki-style gazebo with brand-new outdoor furniture. The gazebo has a 5-seat outdoor sofa and 3 outdoor armchairs with a coffee table and can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. It is possible to enter and exit the pool immediately from the gazebo.

In our lounge area, located just steps away from the pool you'll find four comfortable chaise loungers and two convenient coffee tables provide the perfect setting for a leisurely evening.

This cozy patio features cushioned wooden furniture: the sofa is primed for naps, table is ready for appetizers, and the grill is set for BBQ! A funny sign adds to the laid-back, fun atmosphere, perfect for relaxing outdoor amusements and activities. Plus, enjoy delicious grilled meals with our brand-new Weber gas grill for the ultimate BBQ experience. The space of the gazebo is separated from the gas grill by a bar counter convenient for serving.

The outdoor dining area can serve 6-8 people and equip with a 55' smart TV. The outdoor bar is equipped with powerful 3-speed fan, wine cooler for 18 bottles and Coca-Cola beverage cooler. It has 4 bar stools and a set of dishes which safe for the pool area.

LOCATION
The property is located in a very nice and very safe area in Boynton Beach, there is plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and a beach nearby. With its tropical lifestyle, rich history, and modern amenities, Boynton Beach is the ideal destination for those seeking a relaxing beach getaway or an adventure exploring the surrounding cities. Our neighborhood is very calm and absolutely safe. The community is tightly-knit, and there is no through passage.

It's only about a 10-minute drive to Delray Beach Downtown, a 20-minute drive to Boca Raton, and approximately 25 min to Worth Avenue on Palm Beach Island or West Palm Beach Downtown. The nearest beaches are a 15 min drive located at Ocean Front Beach Park and 20 min drive at Gulfstream Park.

BEACHES.
Oceanfront Park Beach (10 minutes & 5 miles driving) is open 365 days a year from sunrise to 9:00 pm. Lifeguards are on duty every day from 9 am – 5 pm. The staff is certified or licensed as First Responders or EMT’s.  Designated surfing and skimboard areas are located at the north and south ends of the beach. Picnic areas are equipped with grills, tables, and restrooms. It's free but you have to pay for the parking lot $1.5 per hour.

The unique Gulfstream Park (20 min driving) is open all year round from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and has a shady parking lot, restrooms, a playground, and a large picnic area. This is free-of-charge parking here.
Both parks give you easy access to a fantastic five-mile ocean beach.
