• Operated in full compliance with Boynton Beach short-term rental ordinances
• The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and is responsible for all members of their group, per local ordinance
• Guests have full access to the home and private yard
• Garage access only with prior written authorization; monitoring equipment is present in the garage and disclosed per VRBO policy
• A unique door code is provided 48 hours before check-in

Security & verification

• Fully refundable $500 security deposit
