The village's shops, restaurants and various amenities are also easily accessible, just 5 minutes on foot from the chalet.

The apartment has one private outdoor parking space directly on the property.

LA PETITE BAITA is a T3 apartment with 2 bedrooms, approximately 45 m², located within a private chalet and comfortably accommodating up to 4 people.
Fully renovated with taste, it offers generous and welcoming spaces, as well as all the comfort needed to fully enjoy a mountain stay with family or friends.

• Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 160 × 200 cm
• Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds 90 × 200 cm

ADDITIONAL CAPACITY :
For group stays, it is possible to rent, upon request and for an additional charge, a second accommodation located in the same chalet in order to privatise the entire property (LA GRANDE BAITA).
This option allows 4 additional bedrooms to be added, bringing the total capacity to up to 14 people.
The availability of this additional accommodation is subject to availability.

FACILITIES :
• Jacuzzi
• Japanese infrared sauna, accessible when renting the entire chalet (Grande + Petite Baita)
