“This property worked really well for a recent family stay with three adults. The office was brilliant for my husband who needed to work some of the time, and it allowed the rest of the space to be used for family / social time when he needed quiet for work. Great location for downtown proximity. Great amenities! Wonderful host support. We would stay again.”

“Easy to find and great place to stay, relax and have fun. The cabin was very nice clean and had all the items needed for our stay. Coffee maker, coffee, etc, pots and pans if you want to cook. Full sized appliances including a washer and dryer. Cassidy communicated well and was a great host.”

“Everything about this place was fantastic. Beautiful guest house with beautiful scenery all around. We had everything we needed and more and thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay. We drove into Yellowstone park each day and enjoyed the scenery and wildlife along the way to the park. The hosts were the best! Super nice people. If you are going to visit yellowstone or anywhere in the area, you won't find a better home base. We will be back for sure!”

“The home was beautifully appointed, amazing location, wonderful amenities! Lots of fresh towels provided, kitchen wares, blankets etc to make it a very cozy stay. We loved the bedrooms, decorating throughout was top notch. Fans in each room made it very comfortable. Hot tub and sauna were easy to use and so nice after long days driving or hiking. Livingston area was a great home base for visiting our son in Yellowstone. We did part of the hike to Pine Creek Falls nearby and it was gorgeous, even...

“Cozy, clean, and close to everything! You get the feeling of seclusion, but with access to all the nearby amenities of Costco, Target, and Walmart. The kitchen sufficiently supplied and the hosts were accessible and friendly. It is 90 mins from the North entrance of Yellowstone. We had a great time. We will be back for sure !”

“This is a great location with an easy walk to downtown Livingston. The owner communicates well and is quick to respond to inquiries. The house has everything you could possibly need with a well-stocked kitchen and bath and the living space is comfortable. The neighbors are very nice as well. “Paradise Valley is beyond gorgeous, and this home sits right in the middle of so many wonderful attractions - Chico Hot Springs (minutes away), Yellowstone river (minutes away), Yellowstone NP (30 minutes away), the lovely town of Livingstone (20 minutes away)...so we could not have asked for more in terms of the setting and location.
