  • A vacation rental nestled across from the “Trou de Bozouls”—a sort of small canyon carved out by the Dourdou River. It’s a unique site, designated as a sensitive natural heritage area. For lovers of peace and quiet, hiking, fishing… Relax and enjoy the rooftop terrace to the fullest with its splendid view of this magnificent natural landscape. Ideally located in the heart of the Causse Comtal between Rodez and Aubrac. The house is situated in the historic village. You can walk to the bakery, the pharmacy, and the grocery store… by crossing the “trou” to reach the other side—a 15-minute walk.
    The Maison del Traouc overlooks the “Trou de Bozouls.” 20 minutes from Rodez.
    Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends, this house is ideal for everyone to enjoy their privacy thanks to its two levels of bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms and two toilets.
    It has been completely renovated.
    Every window offers a breathtaking view.
    The house has 3 bedrooms. One has a 160-cm bed and a small bed, another has a 140-cm bed, and the third has bunk beds as well as a 2-seater sofa bed. (All bedding is new.)
    2 bathrooms (a walk-in shower in one of the bedrooms and a bathtub in a separate bathroom.)
    2 toilets, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped open kitchen.
    A two-seater sofa bed in the living room.
    A rooftop terrace offers an exceptional view.
    It is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, and lounge chairs...
    Everything is provided (bed linens and towels).

Très bon séjour en famille à Bozouls, en Aveyron. Le logement était propre, confortable et parfaitement adapté pour partager de bons moments tous ensemble. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme du village, l’accueil de l’hôte et la beauté des alentours. Bozouls est un endroit idéal pour se retrouver en famille, profiter de la nature et découvrir une magnifique région. Une expérience très agréable que nous recommandons volontiers.Tres belle surprise

Beau gîte très bien équippé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte, exceptionnellement situé à Bozouls, qui nous a permis de découvrir une région magnifique. Points forts: * Situation du gîte à Bozouls. * Gîte rénové et très bien équippé. La cuisine est toute neuve et inclus plaques à induction, et une panoplie de couteaux qui coupent très bien, ce qui est rare dans un gîte! * Chambres spacieuses, chacune avec des rangements. * 2 salles de bain (une salle d'eau attenante à la chambre principale au 1er étage, et une grande salle de bain avec baignoire au 2ème étage) et 2 toilettes indépendents (au rdc et au 2ème étage) * Le toit terrasse est très bien équippé (table, chaises, barbecue à gaz, évier, placards etc), super pour bien profiter des soirées d'été. À savoir: * Ne pas suivre à l'aveuglette les GPS qui voulaient nous conduire au gîte par des sentiers piétons. Demander des instructions précises à la propriétaire. * L'accès au toit terrasse se fait par des escaliers assez pentus (certes en très bon état, et éclairés). Important à savoir si vous venez avec de très jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées. * Le bout de jardin visible sur les photos n'est pas accessible directement depuis le gîte: il faut traverser la petite rue devant la porte d'entrée pour y accéder.
