“I booked 2 rooms via Expedia - which listed it at $71 per room. My total charge was $303.02 - which is $151.51 per room!!! And that was with ZERO added amenities! Why was I charged OVER DOUBLE the quoted cost? To open the door to my room each time, I had to PUSH in HARD with my shoulder!!! All in all, a very unpleasant experience.”

“Poland Springs Resort had more than 1 Building however the Lodge was where we stayed and the Building & Rooms were very outdated. The bathroom sink was so clogged that it took approximately 10 minutes to drain. The carpeting was Brown which hid stains & had a musty odor. The locks on the Room Doors were from the 60’s - 70’s. On a 1-5 scale I give my overall experience a 2.”
