Gulf Breeze B ... Golfo diretto anteriore 2 camere da letto, 2 unità bagno situato in un edificio di quattro unità. Al livello inferiore, fino a solo 1 rampa di scale. Allegro, decorazione luminosa, internet ad alta velocità, telefono, cavo, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Non dovete mai lasciare l'isola per trovare divertimento e relax. La nostra isola è lunga solo 7 miglia e non più di una vasta pochi isolati, che ti lascia con suoni delle onde e visioni del tramonto in ogni posizione. Godetevi una giornata in spiaggia e guardare i bambini giocare nella sabbia. A piedi lungo spiagge incontaminate e cenare in ristoranti premiati, Godetevi panini cernia freschi su un molo e martini sorseggiando mentre vi godete la musica dal vivo. Andare a fare shopping nei nostri negozi specializzati e boutique lungo tutta l'isola. Abbiamo anche un carrello libero per portarvi dove volete andare. Overall this was a good place to stay. It was cute and clean and had a nice view of the beach. Anna Maria Island is pleasant and is close to many things to do. There are a couple of things to be aware of. First of all, there is a rather large extra fee for paying by credit card which should have been disclosed in the listing, and it was a bit of a hassle getting the payments sorted out. Also, there was some noise in the unit. We could hear the tenants in the unit above us walking around and doing things, and the condo is also next to a rather busy street with some traffic noise.

Wonderful being right on beach, which made up for being so close to the road. Walking in either direction was a joy each day. Beach chairs were not provided, per the description, but bringing our own took up a lot of car space. We had a couple minor issues we told property management about on check in, and both were taken care the next day! We had a wonderful time.

The house was very nice. The steps were a little challenging for me but we wanted that perfect beach location. The single beds are for children, not adults. But again, we wanted that location. We had 3 adults in our group. Very quiet private beach. Great views of sunset every night. Trolley stop is about 2 blocks away.

My husband and I spent a week in Oct 22. We love all that Anna Maria Island has to offer, and this was a great location. Directly on the beach with sunset views every night. Walking distance to two beach restaurants and plenty of markets around to stock up. The unit was clean and the perfect size for two or four. The fans did not seem to work well but the AC was fine. We spent most of our time outside anyway. Loved our stay! We will return😊

We arrived and the pictures were very accurate to the live view! It was very clean and very relaxing! There were plenty of things to use and a few groceries and we were set!!

This was my first VRBO and first time to stay in a condo instead of a hotel. I would definitely recommend this property. The only thing you need to consider about this place is if you stay on the first floor, there is no way to get your luggage or yourself up the the condo except for the stairs. The top level has a luggage elevator though. It would not be a good place for anyone that cannot handle stairs well. The neighbors across the street were very noisy, but you couldn’t hear them unless you were outside. That place had multiple units and a pool and loud music by the pool. Otherwise, this was a top-notch place with great room, cleanliness and ocean views.

The condo was great, plenty of room for 4 (though we only had 2). Comfortable, unbeatable views from both the porch and the living room, and fairly well equipped (no beach chairs though...bug bummer). Mngt Co. was easy to contact and responsive. Location wasclose enough to Bridge St to walk, though it seems like a bit of a hike at night.

The condo is perfect! The views from this property are amazing! What a treat to sit out on the deck and watch the sunset. We brought our beach chairs from home and took the out to the beach each day. We also rented a golf cart to load up and buzz up to Manatee Beach and down to Coquina and the beach market they have on Wednesday and Friday. I would not recommend Fun & More for a golf cart as it was a horrible experience. Stick with Beach Bums! We had dinner at Waterfront, Beach House and Sandbar. Best food was Waterfront, don’t miss the baked Brie. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and having a washer dryer to keep things washed up was fantastic! Nothing better than going home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! The property management was very delightful and helpful. We were able to get a late checkout which made my mother’s 4PM flight easier to manage. We will rent this unit again. Perfect location, quiet and great beach. Two thumbs up!!

Coming from snowy Montana we were delighted to be in Florida in a great beach spot so close to the ocean. The condo did not disappoint and the neighbors we met were delightful. We booked again next year.

The property we booked got cancelled due to repairs. The rental agency gave us the option of a refund or another property. My husbands father passed away on the 19th of december so we really needed to get away. The property we were given has not been updated for 30 years or more. It was on the beach and a nice view but that was all it offered. I went to agency and told them of my unhappiness. They even gave us a key that did not work and was locked out of condo for 3 hours. All Mike Norman Agency said was...sorry. we were very displeased with what we paid for

The stay was absolutely phenomenal. The convenience of having the beach right behind the condo made the trip to the ocean with three kiddos so much easier! The open floor plan with the view of the beach right through the large living room windows was like something you’d see in a movie. Social distancing was so easy to follow due to the fact that there were probably 2 out of the 4 suites occupied during our stay. The only reason why I gave this an overall 4 stars is due to the fact that our last three days consisted of the condo next to us going through a remodel. The team would work from 9/10 am until about 4/5 pm so loud drilling was constant. We tried to stay at the beach and/or explore the island while the team was working but with 3 kids under the age of 6 years old a nap was necessary which was really hard to do making it a challenging test of the day. Would I ever stay here again??? Absolutely!!! I actually have a few of my friends looking into booking who’s same property. Next time I will just make sure I knew if there was going to be are model next door or not.

We have stayed at this unit a couple times. We love it. The location is perfect. The view is amazing. It’s equipped with everything you would ever need.
