Could not have asked for more! Beautiful location and accommodations. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and convenience stores. Be aware that if you arrive before 4pm check in time and don’t have a vehicle you will have to keep your bags/suitcases with you until check in. If you do have a vehicle there is public parking across the street until you can park in the garage. Will 100% return to this location.

We had the perfect view of sunset every evening. Our condo deck looked over the beach. When we walked out the door we had sand between our toes in just about a minute. If we went the other direction we were on the main avenue of Bradenton Beach with all the shops and stores. It was perfect for us.

Great condo!

This condo was extremely clean. Beach supplies were plentiful with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, etc. No need to bring anything for the beach. The beds were comfortable. Literally just a few steps to the uncrowded, white sandy, clear water clean beach.The parking garage was great. You don't have to find parking spaces because two spaces are reserved just for you. Walking distance to pier, shopping, and restaurants. This condo was perfect for a relaxing vacation. Perfect!!!

Perfection!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo. It’s super close to the beach—just a short walk and you’re right on the sand. The beach itself is beautiful, and we caught some amazing sunsets while we were there.The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. They had very nice beach chairs and umbrellas, and beach towels were provided as well.Another big plus was the location—Bridge Street is just a short walk away with lots of shops, great food, live music, and a fun, laid-back vibe.We really enjoyed our time here. We will be back!

Wonderful Location

Our family had a wonderful stay. You can view the sunset from the balcony. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We had everything we needed. This was our first visit to Anna Marie Island. We drove around to the other communities and felt Bradenton Beach to be the less congested. was less

Perfect!

Perfect sums up our stay at AMI! The location is excellent and the condo is amazing. The host is excellent to work with. The host makes sure you are very well taken care of. The only complaint I have is the week went too fast and don’t want to go home. We will be back!

Property is in excellent condition. Very well managed. Have everything you need for a great vacation. Beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella are included. Washer and dryer in unit. Even provided laundry detergent!! Highly recommend.

Outstanding location

This condo has everything you could ask for. As the description states and other reviews support, the location is perfect. We have stayed in the general area before and now we have discovered THE perfect spot! Condo was very clean and well supplied. Perfect view of sunsets from the balcony and only steps away from the beach.

Best View

Beautiful location with the best view from the balcony. I was traveling with my elderly parents and they got the full beach experience without having to leave the unit. When we did go to dinner, the elevator was very convenient!!

Perfect Location

Had an amazing week at this great property! Not only is the location absolutely perfect, but the house is beautiful and clean and Ammey treats it like a true rental making sure you have everything you could possibly want or need. This isn't one of those houses that someone rents as an afterthought for a few extra bucks. As someone that rents a vacation home I tend to be very critical of ones that I rent and this one is perfect. I would ABSOLUTELY come back. Nice work Ammey and thank you!!!

Great location. I only wish the pool had been bigger but at least it was nice and warm during the coolish days and it is covered so you can be comfortable in it during a drizzle. The grandkids loved the small pool so it was only the adults who missed swimming a longer pool length.

Fantastic Getaway

This was my first time using a vacation app for a quick getaway. I was pleasantly surprised on how smooth the process was. The owner was very quick to respond to my reservation the keypad entry was perfect, it added a level of safety for me. The place was so clean! The view was perfect and quaint. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here, and will do it again!

Perfect location. Everything was as described.

Our family have been staying in rental properties since the pandemic; this has been hands down one of the best experiences we ever had. Location was perfect, right next to the beach and the night life. Bars, restaurants, mini golf just steps away from the property. The view from the balcony was beautiful we saw dolphins swimming in the morning and afternoon almost every day. The apartment was well equipped with beach towels, chairs and sand toys. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is very small but it was always empty when we wanted to use it however it can be awkward if there is more than one family at the time, luckily we did not have any issues with that. We took the free trolley to Anna Maria pier, there are several stops along the island. Communication with our host was a breeze we were really worried about coming right after a big storm but Amery keep us updated and answered all our questions. The only issue is that you do have to do lot of chores before checkout given the high cleaning fee but that’s very common nowadays for almost every rental. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing generosity and hospitality

Ammey was an amazing host and was so understanding. Our check in time happened at the same time as hurricane Idalia and the island was evacuated. We were not able to check in for two days and she was so understanding and worked with me during the entire time. Just as we were planning on leaving and driving the 14 hours back home, she told me the bridges were opening and we were able to check in, if we still wanted. After a long two day drive with 5 little ones, a two day stay at a family members small home, it was nice walking into a clean, turn key ready condo. All you would need is your clothes and food. We stayed the rest of our vacation and checked out. We left our personal percolator coffee pot and I needed to contact Ammey to ask if we could go back for it. She was so gracious and allowed us to re-enter the condo and get it. I would recommend this condo to anyone. We will also rent this again, the next vacation to Bradenton beach. This was a beautiful, on the beach, well kept, clean, spacious, condo. It is also kid friendly !!! High chair, travel bed, toys, books, games, infant bath tub, etc all available. Each unit provides two, covered parking spaces, Beach chairs, and sand toys.
