2-BR Condo at Lakewood National - Summer Pricing!

Spacious condo overlooking the ninth hole on the Piper course at Lakewood National Golf Club. You will have full access to all of the resort amenities that Lakewood National offers. The condo is steps away from the golf chipping and putting practice areas and a short walk to the new clubhouse, pro shop, driving range, main resort-style pool, tiki bar, gym, spa, and tennis and pickleball courts. There is another pool next to the condo and you will often have it all to yourself!

This well-appointed condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a large den equipped with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with pocket doors for privacy. There are 2 large lanais for relaxing outside. The owner’s suite has a king bed, walk-in closets, and an en-suite bath with a zero-entry shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with additional closet space. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and all of the appliances and furniture are new. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Vitamix and coffee maker and grinder. There are 2 smart TVs with access to all entertainment options.
We want to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible and have included plenty of soap/shampoo, extra towels, paper products, and kitchen supplies. We also provide beach chairs and towels, and an umbrella and tent for a great day at the beach. We also provide tennis and pickleball rackets and balls, puzzles, books, and board games. Everything you need for a fun stay!

Resort membership must be transferred at a rate of $600. As a member, you will have access to the main resort-style pool and tiki bar, golf tee time reservation system, tennis and pickleball courts that can be reserved in advance, bocce, 24/7 gym access, a variety of fitness classes, a full-service spa, and a gate transponder for your vehicle. We will help with transferring the resort membership.

Lakewood National is within 40 minutes of some of the best beaches in the United States, as well as numerous options for shopping, dining, and nightlife in Sarasota and St. Petersburg. Within 10 minutes drive there is a Publix, a wide variety of restaurants and shops, a great farm stand with a petting zoo, a winery, a state park, an adventure course, a wildlife preserve, and the Premier Sports Campus.
