Family Vacation

We had a great time at the house. There was plenty of space for all of us & we really enjoyed the pool. The host was very quick to respond to all questions & made sure to check on us during the hurricane. Luckily, no damage happened & we never lost power. We would definitely stay here again!

BEST place that we stayed through VRBO

I can't say enough about our wonderful experience with the rental. The place was perfect- beautifully decorated- lots of space- perfect set-up. The pool was a highlight-the golf putting was so much fun- the house had the supplies needed for the kitchen and included chairs and toys for the beach!!! The ping-pong table was so much fun- I was better than I thought!! Movie night in the movie room was lots of fun! Best was that the host was amazing and so responsive!!!! The house was close to everything- Can't go wrong renting this beautiful home- will be back in the future

Stayed here for an extended work trip with colleagues. Was a great place and very relaxing after a long day at the office. Host did a great job at communicating and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. Would definitely recommend.

Annual Golf Trip

3rd year in a row for our group of 8 golfers at this wonderful house. Plenty of room, ping pong , putting green, pool. Close to River Walk and grocery stores. Love this place. Sleeps 8 men comfortably.

Fantastic stay

Our group consisted of 6 adults and 5 kids in town for a soccer event at IMG. Our stay couldn’t have been better - everything from the host being great/responding to our few questions almost immediately, house was plenty big with great activities for all ages and the location to IMG was only a 10 minute drive. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area I highly recommend this house!

Perfect for large family gathering

The house was perfect for out of town folks gathering for a family wedding. Six bedrooms, several rooms for separate gathering spaces, beautiful pool, putting green, & ping pong table. All spaces utilized and no one ever felt crowded. 10 people were able to get ready for wedding in Sarasota with no issues. Property manager Nathan was very responsive and easy check-in/check-out. Highly recommend Harbour Haven!

Wonderful Week

We had a great time at this property! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and all the activities provided which suited all ages in our large group of 16, ages 1-72! The pool was lovely and the drive to the beaches was not bad at all. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Awesome place for family vacation!

Such a great house for our family of 16! Ages 6 months to 66. Plenty of sleeping space! Pool, theater room, and putting green were such a blessing for keeping everyone entertained. Definitely book this one you will not be disappointed!

Serenity in Bradenton

We had a great stay at this house…plenty of room for the 7 people we had, 6 adults and two teens. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. House was clean and it had a lot of room, tvs in rooms and bedrooms. Great open kitchen and convenient laundry room. Also, movie room with comfy couches and huge screen! Pool was large and heated and putting green was fun! Great place to stay and close to lots of things to do including Anna Maria Island. Host was extremely responsive and attentive. Wonderful vacation place!

Christmas in Florida

The house was wonderful for our family to spend Christmas in Florida. The owner provided a pack n play, high chair, and numerous toys that my almost 2 year old had a blast playing with. We briefly had to child proof all the pretty decorations that were within a toddlers reach, but that was easy. There was a lot of room to play and spread out in on the first floor. The owner was incredibly responsive and came over to get us some baby gates to use on the stairs right away. We paid to have the pool heated, which was delightful when the weather wasn’t too cold. We were only able to use it 3 days out of the 7 but that was just weather related. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the extra spices/ condiments left there to use. The neighborhood was quiet and close to lots of easy shopping, fast food, restaurants etc. Overall if the weather had been more Florida- like it would have been perfect! Really great house, spacious, clean and 5 miles to the beach.

Outstanding!

The house was even more impressive than the photos. Very well-kept, spacious, and included everything to make a week with family relaxing and convenient. Tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, but close to groceries and necessities, as well as several great beaches. Location is GREAT. Less than 15 minutes to the nearest beach, and less than 30 to several more beautiful beach options. Cleanliness was impeccable. Kitchen well-stocked. Pool, beach, and inside toys included for the kids. Kids also loved the pingpong table and many board games available. Large open main living area was great for our large group (8 adults and 5 kids). We appreciated there being a few extra beach towels, laundry detergent, and a cooler being available to use. Owner was very responsive and very easy to communicate with and work with from reservation through the stay. We could not more highly recommend this property. Thank you for an outstanding week!
