Our bright and freshly updated 3-bed, 2-bath end-unit villa is the perfect home base for families visiting Anna Maria Island beaches (10 minutes!) or IMG Academy (7 minutes!). Nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood, you will enjoy being close to the beaches while remaining just minutes from local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and parks. You’ll have access to a heated, sparkling clean community pool (professionally cleaned 3 times a week!), a playground, tennis, and shuffleboard courts.

Enter through the smart lock into a cozy living room with a 50-inch Roku TV, a comfortable sectional couch, and family games like Monopoly, Uno, Phase 10, and some Disney puzzles for kids.

To your right, the first bedroom features a queen bed and a sliding pocket door. By the entrance, a coat rack holds the pool fob.

On the left side of the living room, a hallway leads to two more bedrooms. To your right, the second bedroom has a king bed, its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a 32-inch Roku TV, and a large walk-in closet with beach essentials. Between the second and third bedrooms, there’s a guest bathroom with a tub. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a large closet (pack n' play is located here).

Straight ahead through the living room, the kitchen has a dining table for six, a large fridge, ice maker, drip coffee maker, microwave, large sink, and drying rack (no dishwasher). The kitchen also has a stacked washer and dryer.

Through the kitchen’s sliding door, relax in the enclosed sunroom with seating and a giant Connect Four game. Outside, enjoy a beach shell patio with Adirondack chairs overlooking the lawn, perfect for family fun.

You'll have access to a sparkling clean community pool, playground, tennis courts and shuffle board court. The pool has sun loungers, on-site showers, changing rooms, and a baby changing table. Also, pool noodles!
