This unit is located in the Cedar Run community and boasts 1,000 square feet, accommodations for up to 6 guests, and a community pool. Easily access local attractions like Bradenton Beach, Downtown Sarasota, championship golf courses, and the IMG Academy. When you're not out exploring, unwind on the screened-in porch or inside the condo on the plush furnishings!

The Space:
Step inside this hidden gem and relish the open-concept floorplan, modern farmhouse decor, and plush furnishings! Kick back on the sofa and armchair in the living area and watch shows on the flat-screen cable TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is steps away and features a large island with seating for 4, stainless steel appliances, and unique granite countertops. Cook your famous recipe and serve it up at the rustic wood table with seating for 6.

Spend the day at the beach or browsing the shops in downtown Sarasota before returning home to relax on the screened-in porch with a cold drink in hand. Beat the heat with a swim in the community pool or work on your vacation tan.

A peaceful night's sleep awaits in the well-appointed bedrooms each with a comfy queen bed. The master stands out with a flat-screen cable TV and en-suite bathroom.

Put on your bathing suit and spend the day on the white-sand shores of Bradenton Beach 7.5 miles away. Another popular beach to see is Siesta Key Beach which sits 16 miles South of the condo. On your way back home, pick up some fresh produce and homemade honey, jam, and jelly at Hunsader Farms.

Keep the fun rolling with a day spent at Anna Maria Island with a beach, seafood restaurants, and quaint shops. History buffs can travel to DeSoto National Memorial and see the exhibit about the famed explorer Hernando de Soto.

Soar through the area when you check out Bradenton Beach Parasailing or spend the day on the water fishing at Tailing Tales Charters. For more thrills, drive 30 minutes to TreeUmph! Adventure Course and climb through the trees.

Be sure to check out other area attractions like Pinebrook Ironwood Golf Club, Robinson's Preserve, and St. Armands Circle.

Great place, spacious for 6 adults, clean, comfortable, organized with all the amenities one would need. Everything was simple from check in to check out. The queen-size air mattress fits seamlessly in the living room's common area and comes equipped with all necessary bedding to ensure a comfortable and restful experience.​ I would stay again!

Apartment in wonderful condition. Appliances brand new.Furnishings relatively comfortable. Dining table high, dining chairs low so uncomfortable. Amenities great. Outside is a different story. Driveway entrance in very poor condition. It should have been replaced a long time ago. Open space in front of condo fenced in and covered with black tarp. Very ugly. Problems occurred and were met with immediate solutions.

The location of the property initially was a bit underwhelming but once inside we had everything we could want (and then some). Clean, fresh, newer, great showers, comfortable etc.. Will definitely recommend this property as long as you don’t expect to be able to walk to shopping and dining options

Great Time

We had a super relaxing time at this property! We had everything that we needed. It was a relaxing time! Michael was super friendly and helpful and made the booking process an ease! Staying in the condo we felt safe and comfortable! We will definitely come back! 10 out of 10!

Very clean quiet place

The place was very clean but too dark for me. Very little natural light. The entry way is run down and needs maintenance as does the washing machine. From a decorative standpoint I’d change out navy towels for white. I’d also charge guests a little more to offer guests more cable news channels. Other than that, I was comfortable. Thank you!

Weekend Getaway

Our visit was a last minute getaway for my birthday and to see friends that were in town. Everything appeared to be in order except for the crazy amounts of hair from previous visitors on the floors, countertops and towels. The manager of the property was very apologetic and would’ve sent the cleaning crew in but it wouldn’t have been convenient due to the fact that we have a toddler that’s on a tight sleeping schedule. The other issue had everything to do with the building itself. We were on the bottom floor and could hear every step the people took above us. They sounded like they were wearing heavy boots.

Family Getaway

Great property with lots of updates. Very well maintained and easy process to book and give feedback. We enjoyed being away from the busy parts of town. Very peaceful and will definitely be back. Our only feedback is more lighting is needed at the entrance of the property. It's not easy to find at night and there is no lighting on the sign from the main street.

Great Location for Showcase

This was a nice property in a convenient location with ample amenities. The pool was nice and the kitchen was well-stocked. A few improvements could be made to make it even better, but overall a good experience. The middle bathroom curtain allows water to spread causing allergy symptoms, the driveway/parking lot needs to be repaved, and there were some island bugs referred to as “no sees.”

nice stay, about 15-20min. drive to beach not bad at all. I thought the pool was next to the building but it was not still comfy. I thought it was a big condo area but it wasn't its almost hidden small area. overall it is well kept updated beautiful and clean.

Convenient-Relaxing-Equipped

We really enjoyed our stay here althought handicap accessible is not the same as ADA compliant so we made moderate adjustments for our daughter who is non-ambulatory. The tile floors in every room made manuvering her wheelchair fairly easy. The condo was very clean and confortably eqiipped with every necessity. Michael communicated with us via the VRBO website when necessary but we did speak with him in person when we checked out. We would definitely stay here again
