Welcome to Paradise! Come and relax and enjoy the amenities LWR has to offer. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo is located by the Legacy Golf Course in beautifully landscaped and well-maintained Miramar at The Country Club within Lakewood Ranch, the nations #1 multi-generational community. Filled with shopping, dining, arts, entertainment, nature and recreation, all you could want right in the neighborhood.

The rental is a comfortable and spacious first floor unit with room to relax and spread out. The main living area offers an open concept between the living room and dining area as well as full sliding doors that open onto a back lanai. The kitchen comes fully stocked with anything you may need for cooking during your stay. The master suite provides privacy across the condo from the other two bedrooms. The master also has direct access to the lanai to enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful FL weather. The two guest rooms each come equipped with a full bed and dressers for your guests to spread out and unpack during their stay. The two rooms share a hall full bathroom. A one car garage and driveway parking is available for your use during your stay. The unit comes equipped with high speed internet and cable.

During your stay you will be provided with full access to the heated community pool, spa, fitness room, clubhouse with an indoor & outdoor kitchen and grill. In addition there are several walking paths and golf courses in LWR for your enjoyment. The location can’t be beat Publix, Aldi's, Starbucks, and several restaurants are just across the street. You are also within a five minute drive of LWR's Main Street filled with shops and restaurants. The area is also regularly hosting events- art shows, concerts, farmers markets, the list goes on. In addition you are in close proximity to the University Town Center for all your shopping and entertainment needs.

Need more? The condo is within a 30 minute drive to the renowned beaches of Siesta Key and Lido Key.

Our stay at this property exceeded all expectations! The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after our daily adventures. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving a thoughtful welcome gift upon our arrival. We particularly loved spending time on the back patio, enjoying the serene views and fresh air. This property truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return for our next getaway. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation!

Holyday in Bradenton

The condo was exactly as presented. Very comfortable and clean. Well located near grocery store, and UTC. We enjoyed the large community pool and the BBQ. We highly recommend this rental.

Living room furniture needs updated! Kitchen stools need to be replaced Bathroom towels need to be replaced with new towels! Owners very responsive and very helpful!
