Days here revolve around the water, the screened pool, and the kind of Florida evenings that make everyone drift outside after dinner. This Bradenton waterfront home gives families and groups an easy place to spread out, swim, and settle into vacation mode without having to overcomplicate a thing.

Start the morning with coffee by the lanai, spend the afternoon in the pool, then fire up the grill while the canal view does its quiet little magic in the background. The screened outdoor space keeps the pool area comfortable and usable, while the open interior gives everyone room to gather without feeling stacked on top of each other.

Inside, the home sleeps up to 9 guests with 4 bedrooms, 4 queen beds, and a large couch for 1 additional guest. There are 3 full bathrooms, including ensuite bathroom setups, making the layout especially practical for multiple couples, families, or longer stays.

The spacious floor plan includes a large living room with a sectional sofa, a 60-inch TV in the main living area, and games stored in the living room cabinet. The open kitchen features an island with bar seating, stainless appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils, so meals at home are easy.

Guests will also have Wi-Fi, central heat and air conditioning, washer and dryer, linens, parking for multiple vehicles, and a private entrance. With a waterfront setting, screened pool, grill, and pet-friendly setup, this Bradenton vacation rental is built for relaxed Florida stays with plenty of room to unwind.

​​​​​​​Currently, the hot tub and pool heating systems are not operational. The pool is still fully usable, but please note that it will not be heated until later in the fall.

We want you to feel right at home, but we also want to keep things comfortable for all guests and neighbors. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:

🚭 No smoking indoors – You're welcome to smoke outside, just please dispose of butts responsibly.

🎉 No parties or events – Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.

🕓 Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM – Need to arrive early or leave late? Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.

👤 Minimum rental age – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

💰Nightly Rate – Based on standard occupancy of 8 guests. Additional guest fee of $25 per person per night will apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit of 9 guests. Please ensure to enter the correct count of guests upon booking to avoid confusion.

📋 Guest list required – For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.

📝 Sign the rental agreement – Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

🐾 PET POLICY – Strictly NO pets are allowed.

• Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are subject to the standard pet policy.

⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETS—even if tied to a car parked in the property's parking spaces—will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.
